Their website is very user friendly but one tweak is needed!
There website is very user friendly but when you are trying to renew a bond, the site defaults to a 3-year renewal and does not give the option for a 1-year renewal. Therefore, when I renew the bond, I have to contact Cononial and tell them I want a 1-year renewal and have them assist with the renewal. If a one-year renewal option was listed on the website, I would be able to renew without assistance from CS.
