I ordered the NCS Colourpin II and


I ordered the NCS Colourpin II and unfortunately received a defective device — it only worked while plugged into the charger and stopped functioning immediately after unplugging.

I contacted customer support several times, but never received any reply. Not even an acknowledgment.

Very disappointing experience: faulty product and zero communication from the seller. I cannot recommend based on my experience.

I'm really disappointed with their customer service.
I received Canson Aches Paper pack completely damaged and unusable.
They refuse to give me replacement due to the time lapsed. instead they try to give me under -10% discount for the next purchase.
Utter disgrace!
Generally poor customer service and never use them again!
