Combag レビュー

The sleek black look they are going for is immaculate, and I never thought I’d say this about a company but the customer service is on par if not better than I’ve ever experienced

I bought this suitcase as a birthday gift for my husband, and honestly, it has turned out to be one of the best travel purchases we’ve made.

My husband is a pilot, so this is not a suitcase that gets used once every few months — he uses it constantly for work trips. In reality, it gets frequent, regular use and goes through much more than an average suitcase would.

To be honest, at first I didn’t have especially high expectations. I assumed that for such intensive use, we would probably need to stick to one of the more famous luggage brands that people usually trust for long-term durability. I was worried that a newer brand might not hold up as well.

But after using this suitcase so actively, I can honestly say we’ve been very pleasantly surprised.

The quality has been excellent. It feels practical, comfortable, and very well designed for real travel. The vacuum system is especially convenient and works really well. The wheels roll smoothly, quietly, and comfortably, which makes a huge difference when you’re moving through airports all the time.

What I appreciate most is that this suitcase has proven itself through real and frequent use. It’s not just красивый чемодан for an occasional trip — it has genuinely been tested in everyday travel life, and it performs so well.

This experience really reminded me that a well-known name does not always automatically mean better quality. Combag may be a newer brand, but in our case, the quality has honestly been top.

We’re extremely happy with it and would absolutely recommend it.

More then a week as past after my order was confirmed and payed and I still don’t know if the suitcase and back pad were shipped. They are saying it was shipped but they can’t find the tracking number… it’s strange and I’m worried about the reliability of this company.

Perfect suitcase and backpack. Fits a lot without feeling bulky, really works well.

Highly recommend.

The Combag suitcase has been great to travel with. It’s lightweight, easy to maneuver, and feels well-made. Highly recommended!

Everything about Combag was amazing! The quality is unlike any I've seen before, and the attention to detail is unreal! I highly recommend it!

I purchased the Combag Air Black and the Combag Air White, and I’m very happy with both. The quality feels excellent, sturdy, and well-made. I especially loved the white suitcase, it looks really sleek and beautiful in person.

Delivery took 8 days, which felt a little long, but it was still perfectly fine overall. Would definitely recommend!
