My coach was very pleasant and organised but I found the accountability to be generic and it even felt a little 'copy &paste' at times. The lack of experience and technical knowledge of my industry was also a factor in my decision to leave CA. I found a more suitable platform with coaches offering industry-specific mentoring , greater weekly time allocation and it even costs less.

I kept getting ads for Commit Action on instagram as I scrolled, and I finally decided to take a look in a fit of frustration over yet another missed personal deadline. One of the best decisions I've ever made.

In a world where everything is pressing for our attention all the time, Commit Action provides a very necessary way to focus and stay accountable beyond simply telling a friend or associate what you're trying to get done. They specifically help you interrogate your goals, why you have them, and what the best ways to achieve them might be. Working with a CA coach has forced me to really examine what I want and why I want it, honing my priorities and bringing my horizons into alignment with what I actually care about.

Their focus isn't just on getting things done, either, which is where so many other programs and coaches fall short--they want you to SUCCEED, on a personal and professional level. My coach regularly asks me what I'm doing to take care of myself and replenish the well I draw from to work toward my goals. It's like micro-dosing results-focused therapy, with someone who's specially trained and sympathetic to the struggles of achievement in what can feel like a vacuum. Any creative, development professional, or business owner with dreams of expansion--anyone at all, really--can benefit from a Commit Action coach.

Moreover, they have an extensive library of presentations and talks about aspects of productivity, self-care, entrepreneurship, problem solving, and creativity, and I've gleaned something valuable from every single one, even if it was just a one-line reminder to center myself when I'm feeling overwhelmed.

Worth every penny every month. My coach, Jessi, is always in my corner. Even when she challenges my thinking it's always done respectfully and with the focus of aligning my mental compass with my goals. She's the best.

In the year that I have been a part of Commit Action, I have tripled the revenue of my business and 5X'd the profit. This was largely made possible by my coach Liz keeping me accountable for my vision for the year. I didn't need more info, I just needed someone to make sure the stuff I already know I needed to do, got done. 2022 has been an insane year of growth and I can't wait for 2023!

Being a business owner is hard when you have no boss to keep you on track and productive. You often KNOW what needs to be done, but struggle to muscle up the willpower to take action. Commit action has been an amazing program for me to be more intentional about what I need to work on to move the needle as well as reflect on why I'm procrastinating or struggling with actions I'm committing to. It's easy to intellectualize this stuff, but having a coach there with you each help move you forward makes a massive difference in being able to get the actions accomplished each week that will move you business forward.

Commit Action has helped me tremendously for over 1.5 years now as an entrepreneur. Being a digital entrepreneur can get a little isolating and often leads to "pretzel" head as I like to call it. They provide me unbiased conversations and support to help me not only fully flesh out my ideas, but also hold me accountable to taking the action. Ideas and creativity are never in short supply in my brain so Commit Action honestly helps me keep track of...my brain lol.
