I'm a few months in and so thankful for my weekly check-ins with my coach. She keeps me accountable to my goals, helps me focus and prioritize my tasks when I'm feeling overwhelmed, and provides a great sounding board to help me talk through challenges. I always leave our calls feeling clear and energized about my work.

It’s hard to put into words how impactful working with Summer and commit action was on my life and business. She helped me break belief barriers, push myself past my limiting beliefs and stay focused on the things that mattered to move my business forward. I would recommend working with commit action to anyone who wants more out of their business and life.

I've been working with Commit Action Coach Brittany for almost a year now and I wish I had signed up sooner rather than procrastinating.

It took me a bit to get used to the framework, but it's a game changer. The accountability, focus coaching, and having Brittany point out my blind spots helps with long-term thinking so that there are no regrets down the road.

I love that the weekly check-in calls are short to the point, with no fluff. I always walk away with some insightful coaching from Brittany.

When I joined, I intended to focus on my business growth, but Brittany pointed out that one of my desires was to bring more fun and time-needed attention to my personal life. My revenues grew by 15%; I systemized my business which allowed me to give one of my teammates a 3-month paid maternity leave and successfully planned a fun-filled yet daunting family trip overseas.

Working with a Commit coach has also helped me with the shiny object syndrome. I've struggled with this for a long time, and thanks to Commit helping me learn how to focus.

My experience with Commit Action has been fantastic. I’ve been working with my coach, Dallas, for about 6 months now &, without hesitation, recommend Commit Action to anyone. What I didn’t realize about Commit Action before I began is that it’s actually “training”. Not just accountability. Training. Each week, my Coach helps me to analyze what the high leverage missions are that need to be accomplished. The following week - we do an after action review of what happened, why, what we’ve learned, & how we can implement that moving forward. Because of that, it really feels like it’s trained & changed my brain over the last 6 months. I can more clearly estimate how longs thing will take, how many people we need to put on a team to work on a particular mission, & can build success systems for my team & company more effectively. & that change in personal leverage has compounded into major changes regarding what we can accomplish in relation to time itself. The biggest example: We are set to 7x the goals that we meticulously planned 6 months ago. Laterally, my Wife was so inspired by seeing the difference Commit Action was making that she signed up with Commit Action to help her in launching a dream business she’s had on her heart for years. She’s been with Commit Action for about 3 months & we’re set to launch that business, at full scale, by the Holiday season. That’s more progress in 3 months than she’s had in the 3 years prior. Not only do I intend to continue working with Commit Action but, in fact, I plan on signing up all of the Leaders in my organization because I am passionate about the idea that investing in your teams individual personal development is one of the most powerful things an organization can do. Final Counsel: Put in the work. Treat each week like a long term produces of running experiments with your Coach wherein you’ll learn more & more about what you need to do to leverage up you & your teams productivity in healthy ways. I don't think I would be where I am at without the support and accountability from Summer and the commit action team. My four goals are earn a Private Pilots License, Buy and Set up an Airbnb Property, earn a PMP certification and lose 15 pounds by the end of the year and I am totally on track to reach those goals! I've been working with my coach, Summer, for around four months now. Being a good starter yet terrible finisher, Summer helped me clear my thoughts, prioritise actions and focus on the things that truly matter. Together, we managed to smash one of my key goals – which was to detach myself from the day-to-day running of my business – at least two months prior to its intended completion. Having someone experienced and objective to talk to on a weekly basis has been a godsend. You still need to put the effort in (more thinking than time), but the results are big and tangible. I'm looking forward to working with Summer on my 'next big thing'. Without any hesitation, I'd recommend Commit Action to anyone looking to progress their business and life in the most meaningful way.

I am a visionary head in the clouds type of guy with huge dreams but sometimes taking practical actions can be hard for me.

I have been working with Elizabeth and Commit Action for over three months now and WOW, the results have been epic.

I have hit all time income records all but one of the months thus far and I have having more fun and more success with work than ever before.

I have been working with Commit Action for several months. We have prescheduled weekly meetings. I am prepared for each meeting as is the individual with whom I work. This individual is focused and committed to the purpose and content of our meetings. This individual both listens and hears all that is being shared and responds thoughtfully and intelligently. I've been working with my mentor Summer for the past 3 months now with Commit Action. Having an accountability coach there with me each week to help me push through the goals I have for business is invaluable. Summer really helps me work through in my own head how to take the right next step, no matter how small, and I feel like it's been a great investment of my time and money.

Honestly gamechanging. I am a founder and entrepreneur and historically have struggled with accountability. Things come up, fires need to be put out, and s**t happens. However, my weekly calls with my coach Dallas keep me on track to hit the goals I’ve set out for myself.

Commit Action is really helpful in holding business owners accountable for working "on" the business rather than just "in" the business.

Really impressed with the set up at Commit Action. Wasn’t sure that an accountability coach would have the business knowledge to provide enough value but I was wrong. Summer has blown me away with her knowledge and really demonstrates the experience required to help me with the challenges I face in my business. I wasn't sure what to expect when I signed up. Initially I was wondering if the expense was a bit premature for my business but I have stuck at it and 3 months in the small incremental weekly actions has created change that excites me and emphasises the reason I love being an entrepreneur - making a difference. The big vision is coming to life everyday which brings a contentment I have craved. Every moment counts and has meaning. It’s is worth it!

I didn't think Commit Action would be able to help me because I am a mom with a whole gaggle of kids involved in numerous activities, working full-time during the day, and trying to get a business off the ground, too, which will ultimately take care of my family AND my community by funding a charitable foundation. I've tried planners, coaching, and therapy in the past, and the "solutions" were always to simply do less: Be less involved with my kids, quit my job, or give up my entrepreneurial goals (they wouldn't even hear of the big philanthropic goal I have). None of those worked for me.

I decided to give Commit Action a try for 1 month.

That was a few months ago. It's been incredible! In my first meeting with Brittney, she helped me zero in on the things that were important to me. Each week I pick out a few ways to move forward. When I'm unsure, unspecific, or unrealistic, Brittney helps me zero in on the next best thing. She also keeps it balanced by reminding me to create time and space for relaxation, self-care, and time with my husband.

In doing this, I've met a lot of my weekly to dos, am seeing progress toward my big goals, and am actually getting more done in all the other areas of my life! I have the time I want to spend with my kids, my relationship with my spouse is improving, I'm getting more done at work, I'm making steady progress on my own business, and, as an unexpected happy result, I've had more time for sleep, exercise, and eating right and since starting have actually lost 8 pounds as a result (a totally unexpected benefit, but welcome).

I feel really good about where things are headed. And I'm so glad I decided to take the risk and see if this could help me.

Kat was so awesome. She helped me unpack so many of my fears holding me back from taking action with a few questions. I felt that the value of this experience was her ability to intuitively sense what I needed to focus on. Some goals I originally had served more as distractions from what I needed to really do and having that person there to talk with really helped me gain clarity on the high impact things I really needed to focus on.

I have been super impressed with the service I've received from Commit Action. I signed up 3 or 4 months ago, and I've already seen a noticeable uptick in my revenue, but more importantly, how I feel about my business is 10x better. More spacious, more free... I feel more creatively fulfilled. I circled around the idea of signing up with CA for over a year before I did... and now that I'm in, I wish I had signed up years ago. Can't say enough good things about it. Ps. Oh and the webinars! There's a bunch of pre-recorded (and live) webinars in the user database that you get to access, and the insights that I gained from just one of those videos more than paid for my first year of CA dues. Again, the value proposition of this service is through the roof. I wish I had signed up years ago.

I really love commit action! My coach Kelsey is incredible and in the year I’ve been using this program I’ve gotten much more done than I would have otherwise. They offer great resources for entrepreneurs, and anyone looking to get their life together. I highly recommend it!
