My coach, Jessi, is amazing. She is an attentive listener and strategic thinker. She cuts through the clutter so I can see a way forward. I am unlearning bad habits and creating new, empowering ones, thanks to her support, accountability and guidance! Highly recommended!

My productivity has improved significantly since beginning work with my coach, Ryan. We have successfully carved out time for my most important tasks and gotten them moving along. Sounds easy, but without the accountability structure, I just was not getting it done. I resisted the idea of hiring a coach for years. But, I finally made the decision to make the change. It has made a big difference for me. There have been ups and downs in my productivity. Good days and bad. But, the overall trajectory is up now. I could not have said that as confidently before joining Commit Action.

I've had a great time working with my coach. He's reliable, trustworthy, intelligent, and always has the right advice for me. I've never been so focused, driven, and on-track to meet my goals by the deadline we set. He really keeps me disciplined and diligent. I would totally recommend Commit Action to anyone serious about achieving their goals.

I saw Commit Action Instagram ad, and although I don't usually trust services and ads, I thought I'd give it a try for one month.

Amazingly, with the guidance of Kelsey - my Commit action mentor, in this 1 month I've managed to achieve my 1 year goal.

Yes, I said Priority - NOT priorities. There is no such thing as multiple priorities, by definition that is just a buffet of choices. What does this have to do with Commit Action? Everything. They helped me cut through the clutter of a ton of "priorities" and get real about having a single focus.

If you're feeling overwhelmed with projects and tasks, or need outside non-judgmental accountability, Commit Action is really helpful. You'll get a coach - in my case, Ryan - who helps you identify a small number of specific items you must accomplish each week, based on your larger goals. I am actually well-versed in productivity methods, but Fall of 2021 was dealing with too many projects and "priorities" such that no "system" was going to "task my way" out of the mess.

CA's methods and Ryan's guidance helped me clarify what I REALLY needed to be working on (and almost more importantly, what I do NOT need to work on). I run a media/education content company that was also launching a very fast-growing ed-tech startup, and working with CA not only clarified the week-to-week priority (plus a few other items that could be #2 and #3, etc) , it also helped me clarify some very big picture changes that have deeply empowered me and the company.

Peter Shallard the founder of Commit Action also has a ton of actually helpful videos, webinars and PDF's you get access to , which you don't HAVE to use to get results, but they will amplify your understanding of your product, company, and customers.

Also the year-end Head Start program they offer (included in your membership) is awesome. It is time well spent, because you'll end up with a roadmap of what your year could look like. Of course, things change, but having a sense of what you have accomplished, want to accomplish, and some real specific vision and plans around how to get there give you a fantastic "stake in the ground" from which to plan your year, quarters, and weeks.

Commit Action has been a revelation for me. Setting the actions and committing to them on a weekly basis does two important things. It keeps you chipping away at the things you want to do to really grow in life and business, but also it really makes you think about what are the most important things you can action, to do just that! The progress I have made in just a few months has been massive and the clarity I am getting on my goals is priceless. Ryan my coach is brilliant, he gets the balance just right between really listening and taking on board what happens each week and then pro-actively giving back really insightful advice and motivation to keep me on track.

The resources and reading material on the course are also excellent, I just need to get into the habit of tapping into them more as there is so much great stuff on offer. 100% recommend Commit Action to anyone that feels they are treading water a little or believe that they just need some extra support to really kick into gear!

CommitAction has exceeded my expectations. I've done more in the 3 months I've been subscribed than I had in the previous year. My coach Dallas is super attentive, supportive and holds me accountable. The resources provided are interesting and thought-provoking.

I am so glad I signed up for Commitaction. I like having an accountability coach. Before signing up, I was burnt out and overwhelmed. However, after a few weeks, I noticed that I was accomplishing more milestones and goals in those weeks than in the previous three months. One of the highlights of my week is having my accountability call with my coach. In addition, it's great to receive periodic communications throughout the week, checking in to see how I am doing. Big thanks to Erica for being an excellent coach and Commitaction.

I really like the structure. Coach Erica was really great, checked in with me a couple times a week to see how I was progressing on my tasks. (The webinars seem great too that you can watch as part of membership). However I feel it’s a little pricey for my budget right now.

My coach Emilee is the best of the best! She's always there to listen and to make sure that I'm supported not just in running my business but in every area of my life. I'm super grateful to have a coach like Emilee who keeps me motivated to pursue my dreams and goals! Finally, I could say, I'm now living my dreams! Thank you Emilee and thank you Commit Action for making this happen!

Amazing personal coach, time effective and good place if you need focus.

In 4 months I am knocking off the big vision goals that I was afraid or hesitant to do before. The way my coach Mike
breaks down my goals into weekly tasks has been the game changer I needed. The weekly call, plus text and emails through the week keep me on track and taking me to the next level of discipline.

I went from sharing an office with friends to my own office, now with 2 employees. It may sound like small steps but this is just the beginning of my vision. I am executing on all the things I want to do and now buying myself time to do even more. I am recommending the program to anyone who is highly motivated and wants to accelerate their growth.

This is what I have been looking for the last few years. So happy I found it.

My coach Ryan turned my business around — wholly and efficiently. As a talented digital marketer with a tendency toward perfectionism and aversion to launching campaigns, sites, products — much less communicating progress on said initiatives to clients — prior to reaching the state in which I deemed them perfect (spoiler alert: that was never) ... I had deeply strained relationships with highly-valued, multi-year clients who knew my capabilities and skills but were utterly frustrated with my workflow. I, myself, was utterly frustrated with myself and beginnin to doubt the very skills my clients still entrusted. With the accountability + communicative exoskeleton provided by Ryan's weekly calls, my clients get what they want — succinct updates and their 4 foremost needs heard, processed, and progressed upon — and I am able to focus on my work without being overwhelmed by my overwhelming guilt complex of not communicating with clients and my previous inability to strategically identify, decompose, and complete the highest-priority tasks in an efficient, excuse-free, triaged fashion.

I had a few frustrations with the Commit Action process, and I'll detail them here for other's consideration.

The amount of contact with my Coach was not a thing that worked well for me. For the most part, it felt like I was getting "generic" feeling emails and mostly not getting contacted during the week. Then we'd have our 20 minute weekly phone call. This didn't give me a sense of alignment with my coach, or that they understood me. And it didn't help me organize my thoughts on how to go about best using this service.

Ultimately this is why I decided to cancel.

My second frustration happened at this point, since I made my decision at a two days past a renewal period. This means I'm now paying for a full month of a service I have decided is not worth the money.

If someone were to ask me if this service is for them, I'd ask "do you already have clarity on what you want to work on?" and "Are you comfortable driving mostly solo on this journey?". And I'd caution "watch out for the renewal dates, because this service is hardline with the billing dates."

I absolutely LOVE Commit Action!

When I watched Peter's really informative webinar on the 4 pillars, I really believed Commit Action would help me more consistently crush it in those areas of my life and I can honestly say that the program has done just that. I look forward to my weekly call with my coach who is simultaneously encouraging & motivating. I really value her input and consistently end our call feeling ready to get after my committed tasks for the week so I can share with her the progress I made en route to my business goals on our next call.

If you're on the fence about whether Commit Action is the right step for you and your business, as long as you're ready to have accountability in your life, do it--you won't regret it.

I really enjoyed working with Michael, who asked great questions, was positive and supportive in me working towards my goals. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Although I recommend CommitAction, I have decided to stop using it as the costs are unfortunately too high for me at the moment. Hopefully, in the future, I will return!

Opportunities:
Based in London, I use WhatsApp for most of my communication and have it on my desktop - if CommitAction were able to communicate through that it would have made my experience a lot better.

I've been working with Commit Action for a few months and it has been a wonderful experience. Emilee is my accountability coach and she always does an amazing job of following up with me on my progress for all of my goals throughout the week and making sure that I'm following through with what I said I was going to do. She always comes to our calls with a positive attitude and is extremely supportive of my goals, making sure that I'm in the right headspace for success.

The results speak for themselves — in the few months that I have been working working with Commit Action, our revenue has increased 25% and we finally hit our first 6-figure month, I have been able to build up my personal savings, and I'm able to spend more time working ON the business and not IN the business.

Like many online programs, the system will only work if you work the system. You have to be serious about achieving your goals and willing to put in the work. But if you are, Commit Action will make sure you stay on track and are taking the right approach to make it happen.
