Received a phone from this company, seems nice quality and in good condition Unfortunately no instructions or set up links. Called the office at least 3 times, no help as of yet...

Polycomm vvx411 supplied is not compatable with BT accounts. BT will not repeat not configure. Waste of time and money.

Couldn't ask for more....

Absolutely first rate service. I sent an email asking for advice and assistance and had an immediate reply. We needed a telephone stand which I hadn't been able to source elsewhere and Comms Warehouse very kindly said they have a spare one they'd found which they could send us - they said it was complimentary.

I am incredibly grateful to Comms Warehouse for their prompt, friendly and helpful service and would thoroughly recommend them to others.

Hi Comms, Thank you very much for my Avaya phone replacement.
Very reasonable price and good quality product, plus excellent speed and accuracy of ordering and delivery of goods.
Customer service assistants on chat excellent and very helpful.
A wonderful service, I will definitely use and recommend you again.
