Received a phone from this company, seems nice quality and in good condition Unfortunately no instructions or set up links. Called the office at least 3 times, no help as of yet...

Polycomm vvx411 supplied is not compatable with BT accounts. BT will not repeat not configure. Waste of time and money.

Very good

Was very professional even called me a week after to make sure I was happy and everything was working which was a nice touch, a lot of companies do everything to get your money then you never hear back. But these guys called me and assisted me so yeah was good.
