I changed my electricity bill. The one important aspect I told Compare Broadband was that I wanted quarterly billing......guess what I was put on to a monthly billing plan. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

The process was fine
The process was fine - efficient, but the company Superloop, I was told were the best company for my needs- were awful. Their customer service was appalling. They set up 2 accounts and sent out 2 modems, which I had to send back on my dime(they did end up reimbursing me). The customer service team, all men, were condescending, patronising and gaslit me for issues that were not my fault and didnât end up resolving anything. I ended up closing my account after less than a month and going with Aussie Broadband, who have been fantastic. Even at the end, I had to call them to get my account number as it is not available on any invoice or through the app. Again, making simple requests complicated. Iâve never experienced the passive aggressive behaviour of an allegedâcustomer serviceâ team. Just awful.
The connection however, was very good. Iâd rather intermittent connection with better customer service.
