Celine was very helpful and bright, she helped us set up superloop and was open about costs while being insightful and friendly.

Very helpful, Sebastian gave me all the information I needed.

Atrocious customer service.
I wanted to disconnect my service and they wouldn’t let me do it via email then I waited almost half an hour on their chat box and it always said approximately 2 more minutes.
They treat their customers like shit once you are signed up

Erson was the the one i spoke to and created the case number 7265223 on 16/04/2026 regarding the issue of my internet not working. Then i just realised today through the app with chat agent that the ticket raised was closed on the same day. Erson was telling me an inspector would come on the 17th to check my service because it was obvious something is wrong with the connection. And there will be communication within 24hrs with me. Nothing happen. No fix. No communication, nothing resolved. Obviously because the ticket was closed This affect my work as i work from home and affect my family operation.. I would give a negative rating if there was an option. Please resolve your customer problem as i pay the bill on time always

Omg what an amazing service provided by Sheryl. Our Foxtel Now App had not been working for the last few days and Foxtel was no help whatsoever. So I thought I would try Exetel. How lucky was I that Sheryl was the one that answered. She tried a couple of easy things first and when that didn’t work we tried something else and it was fixed. She was so lovely the entire phone conversation and gave me the impression that she wouldn’t get off the phone until my problem was resolved. I have to say I started the phone call doubting my problem would be resolved and I’m so happy that was not the case. It only was fixed because of Sheryl. If I’m in need of help in the future I wish I had Sheryl’s direct line.
