DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

We waited over 5 hours (11:30pm to 4:00am) for our vehicle to be delivered. During this time:

Staff took approximately 3 hours to deliver a vehicle, which turned out to be the WRONG car
No apology or explanation was offered for this error
Staff were consistently slow and unhelpful throughout.
We were eventually forced to collect our own vehicle manually, making the service we paid for completely pointless

When we went to the park to collect it manually the vehicles were so tightly packed that you could scratch it extremely easily. What makes it worse is that there are only 7 staff working in the area and the car keys are packed in a small shed with no door where anyone could easily steal them. I wish I could give a worse review.

Don’t use this site. It doesn’t allow you to leave reviews and the car parks over charge. My plane arrived early and I was charged an extra £20. On tip of the price they quoted when I booked, they charged me a total of £32 in entrance fees that they hadn’t warned me of. If they scratch your car then who’s gonna know in the reviews? Be warned

I 100% agree with the reviews here. I had same experience as others

1. Handed pristine clean and returned the car covered with bird poo
2. Excess mileage. Drove my car more than it will take me to and fro from my home to heathrow
3. Wrong system booking so asked me for extra when I challenged they just handed the car
4. Rude and non-supportive customer service
5. Emailed them two weeks ago with complaint. Not a single response.

AVOID USING THIS CON COMPANY.

When I picked up the car, it was incredibly dirty and covered in bird droppings, which resulted in additional costs for me to restore it to the condition it was in when I handed it over. Furthermore, upon leaving, I paid £13 instead of the £10 originally quoted in your offer.

⭐ Very poor customer service – rude and completely inflexible

I booked Park 247 Meet & Greet through Compare the Parking, with an estimated car collection time of 1:00 PM.

I arrived earlier than expected and politely contacted them to ask if they could do me a favour and bring my car a little earlier. I completely understand that this may not always be possible, but the way my request was handled was extremely disappointing.

The person I spoke to was rude and dismissive and did not give me a proper explanation as to why they could not bring the car earlier. There was no attempt to help, check whether anything could be done, or offer an alternative.

For a Meet & Greet service, good communication and customer service are extremely important. I did not expect them to guarantee an earlier collection, but I did expect to be spoken to politely and professionally.

Unfortunately, my experience with Park 247 Meet & Greet was very poor, and based on the customer service I received, I would not use them again.

Please note this is a repost due to the company emailing to remove the post to get the booking refunded, now they are ignoring the emails and booking hasn’t been refunded.

The company are a bunch of criminals parked at Heathrow airport and my car was trashed, added mileage and cash was stolen from the centre console

The company are rude, laugh down the phone and find it funny that their staff have stolen cash.

I booked a Meet & Greet parking service at Heathrow Terminal 4 for 23 July 2026 to 5 August 2026.

I specifically paid for a premium Meet & Greet service so I could drop my car close to the terminal and avoid the hassle of shuttle buses. However, when I arrived I was told to park in the Long Stay car park and use a shuttle bus instead. This is not what I paid for and is completely misleading.

Even more frustrating, all of the confirmation emails and instructions I received directed me to the Short Stay Meet & Greet location. I later found out that this facility had already been closed at the time of my booking in July 2026. If that is the case, the service should not have been advertised or sold as Meet & Greet at all.

On my return, the experience was just as poor. Because of the shuttle bus system, we had to wait for other passengers before leaving, which caused unnecessary delays. When we finally reached the Long Stay car park, the vehicle had already been moved, and there was a further wait of around 20 minutes for it to be returned. This completely defeats the purpose of paying extra for a Meet & Greet service.

To make matters worse, the staff I dealt with were rude and dismissive, offering no apology or proper explanation for the situation.

Overall, this was a misrepresented service that did not match what was advertised or paid for. I would not recommend this company and would advise others to be very cautious when booking.

I am currently seeking a full refund and an explanation for why this service was still being sold when it could not be delivered as described.

BOOK LONG STAY INSTEAD. IT WILL BE MORE SMOOTHER THAN THIS

If I could leave zero stars I would. Beyond appalling customer services. Emailed/online chat & 4 phone calls later, asking for a simple email to assist with a travel insurance claim and still getting nowhere. ‘Advisors’ barely speak English and utterly useless. Do not touch this company, pay a few £ extra and use somewhere else.

Unfortunately I did not read the reviews of this company, until today when I have been sat waiting the return of my car to the terminal for nearly 2 hours!! Appalling service. No- one answers the phone - goes to message, says ring when luggage has been collected. You don’t know who has your car. I think there is only 1 driver picking up and dropping off cars and it is parked over 15 miles away from the airport. I should have known better, thought it was a decent price now I now why. Spend more is my advice and do not use.

Paid for the Meet & Greet service, but they failed to show up to collect the car. Instead, they left it sitting in the car park, and I was forced to pay an additional £38 just to retrieve my own vehicle. Absolute breach of service and zero accountability from customer support. Complete waste of money and ruined the end of a trip. Avoid using them.

I would never use this company again, don't recommend to anyone.

Absolutely don’t use this website to book your parking. In my case, they didn’t send the email confirmation and I had to book with another provider on the day. No support on the day of parking when I hadn’t received the email, no way of contacting a customer support telephone number and all done on email as usual so they can hide behind a smokescreen. Tried to raise the issue with not receiving the confirmation email after the fact stating I hadn’t used the parking, requesting a refund and of course, they refused saying I’d received the email despite not using the service. A complete joke and a bunch of con artists taking money for nothing where they can. DO NOT USE!!!

I'd give this a 0 star rating if I could. Compare the Parking are recommending completely fraudulent parking companies with awful ratings which include car theft, damage and missed flights. Those who book are having to book Ubers to and from the airport, are having miles wracked up on their cars and parking/driving fines registered against their cars.

Also, I've made a complaint and had no response whatsoever.

Absolutely terrible experience. I would never use this company again.

The meet and greet service was a disaster from start to finish. The driver arrived around 1 hour and 30 minutes late, causing us unnecessary stress before our flight. To make matters worse, we were then pressured into paying extra because of the delay, even though it wasn’t our fault.

When we collected our car, it had been returned in an unacceptable condition. The seat had new scratches, there were marker stains on the interior roof lining, and the whole car was dirty. I handed over my vehicle in good condition and expected it to be looked after, not damaged.

Customer service has been very disappointing, and I am still waiting for this matter to be resolved. I have photographs of the damage and have made a formal complaint.

I strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice. My experience was stressful, expensive, and completely unacceptable.

Dreadful company. Don't use them. It's a scam. Cheaper and earlier to use longstay. Kept me waiting 2 hours for return and car had been driven 60 miles. They are borderline criminal and should be shut down.

I used Compare the Parking to find a meet and greet company for my car when going away from Gatwick. I picked ipark and had an awful experience with them. I tried to complain to them but no reply. I left negative feedback compare the parking immediately emailed ipark to request them to deal with my complaint. I have had no response from ipark and raised it again with compare the parking but never heard from them again. It seems to me that nobody actually gives a hoot about you once they've messed you about (for reference, I waited nearly an hour for my car to be collected and over an hour for it to be returned. My car had been damaged as well by ipark). Not a happy customer! My only beef with compare the parking is their lack of interest in dealing with complaints.

Wish I'd read the reviews before booking. Absolute shambles of a company. Not running enough shuttles, left standing around waiting for far too long on arrival to the drop off, turned out drivervwas on a 45 minute break as per taco, understandable, but there should have been more drivers available, and on return to vehicle pick up took in excess of 1 hour 45 minutes, I had to call multiple times to see where shuttle was to be fobbed off with lies upon lies turned out again driver was on break, the man at the office was antagonising me knowing fill well i was fumimg by this point. How on earth this company is allowed To get away with this behaviour i dont understand. Will never use again and i advise no one else does. Very amateur business practise. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I paid cancellation fee so if I cancelled I would get a refund but they gave me a refund but then took £20 for cancellation really bad service woukd never use again

I needed parking at Stansted and decided to do a meet and greet since it was convenient so I booked through compare the airport parking. I got to the airport and luckily took a photo of my mileage, fuel and the car.

Upon return I discovered that the mileage of my car had gone up by 162 miles and the fuel almost empty. Given that I had a 2.5 hour drive home at 12am through A roads, this was not exactly what I needed.

I’ve lodged a complaint and yet to hear.

My advice to people? Meet and greet is not the one and if you do need it, always take photos of your car and the mileage.
