Isabella was our agent and she was incredible. She helped us purchase our property quickly and smoothly. She was very responsive and answered all of our questions promptly. She kept is constantly in the loop and I have no doubt that the whole process would have not only been a lot longer, but more stressful too, if it wasn’t for Isabella. From day one Matthew was friendly ,approachable, professional ,efficient and very proactive.
Matthew kept us informed on a regular basis .From start to finish he dealt with any queries we had in a timely manner .
I was very impressed that when Matthew was on annual leave we were looked after by his colleague Andrew Bilby ( thankyou Andrew )so things were still ticking along nicely in Matthews absence .

If you want to sell a house - use Complete ASAP
I have sold two houses using Complete ASAP and dealt with Laura M both times.
Laura needs to be wrapped in gold leaf and protected at all costs. She is magnificent - such a professional.
I was kept up to date at every step of the process, I never had to chase. If Laura wasn’t working, then a colleague would give me an update. It was seamless.
The second property I sold got a bit tricky at the end and - crucially - I always trusted Laura to get the sale over the line. And she delivered!
As a comparison, I sold a third property in the last year through an estate agent that didn’t use Complete ASAP.
The difference was substantial - no comms, no-one acting on your behalf etc.
I would recommend Complete ASAP to anyone selling a property. They really do deliver what’s needed at a stressful time.
