Disappointing and pointless
We were chased my Complete ASAP for things we had already competed as advised by our own estate agent, which made calls from Complete ASAP pointless.
When it come to exchange we were told this could not be completed as we were still waiting for the sellers of our new home (who Complete ASAP were representing) to sign documents!!
Iâm not sure what their purpose is in the process and they certainly delayed things rather than proactively improved the process of Exchanging,
Disappointing ASAP did not chase their sellers who were not up to date with things their end as it delayed our exchange date.
