Emma was amazing and put up with all of my meltdowns! She was there to hand throughout it all.
Only thing I would change is to have a bit of a target date to go for as things progress. I do understand not wanting a set date to a point but this caused us avoidable stress at the end because not everyone had agreed dates or everything in place which led to major last minute upset and cost. Solicitors seem to bumble along at a snails pace otherwise.

We're sorry to hear that you felt this way during your sale. Moving home can be incredibly stressful, particularly when there is pressure surrounding an onward purchase.
Having reviewed your file, we can see that your sale exchanged in around 10 weeks, which is generally considered a relatively quick timeframe for a transaction involving a chain. Throughout the process, our sales progressor was in regular contact with all parties, actively chasing updates and providing progress reports as matters developed.
We appreciate that there were occasions where you wished the transaction could move faster. However, some elements were outside of our control, including timescales connected to the buyer's circumstances. Our role is to keep communication flowing and push matters forward wherever possible.
While we're disappointed that your experience did not reflect the effort invested by our team, we genuinely wish you all the best in your new home and future plans.
Overall good
We dealt with a couple of people whilst working with complete ASAP however Jody was by a mile the most proactive and helpful. Had it not been for her I feel our experience would have been different. She kept us updated with every step and was very helpful throughout. Thank you Jody, the 5 stars are for you!

Wish I hadn't bothered.......
When I was initially contacted by this company at the start of the sale process I thought it would be beneficial to have someone proactively chasing all parties to ensure there were no delays. Unfortunately I did not see this benefit at all; the 'updates' I got consisted almost completely of 'I've emailed the buyers solicitors to ask for an update'. I got more information and progress by keeping in contact with my own solicitors myself. I also found that vital information was not being passed on, which could have had detrimental financial consequences had I not realised and corrected this situation myself.
Overall a waste of time, and just seemed to add unnecessary steps into communication.

Having reviewed your file, I can see that your transaction completed in under 12 weeks, which is a positive outcome in what can often be a lengthy and complex process. However, I appreciate that timescales alone do not determine how a customer feels about the service they receive.
Our role is to work proactively with all parties involved, helping to keep communication flowing, identify potential issues early, and support progress towards completion. Throughout your transaction, I can see that we remained in regular contact with the parties involved and provided updates whenever new information became available.
I am sorry and disappointed to read your comments regarding communication. We were not made aware of this concern during the transaction and therefore did not have the opportunity to investigate or assist at the time. Had it been brought to our attention, we would have been keen to help facilitate communication and support a resolution.
We recognise that every client has different expectations regarding the level and type of updates they receive, and we're disappointed that our approach did not meet yours. That said, we genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, as feedback helps us review and improve the service we provide.

Very good experience during our sale and purchase. The transaction was a fairly drawn out process and Complete ASAP were in touch with all parties during its duration, keeping us informed all the time. Sharon Tyler was helpful, responsive and knowledgeable and understood the stress of buying and selling a house. We have now exchanged and are looking forward to our move. Would recommend.
