Quick and easy

Thanks for making this easier than asking for a divorce.

Easy friendly and hope I can get the divorce I need

I have put this aside for years thinking it was going to be difficult. It took me about 5 minutes to fill out the information. Can't explain the feeling I got when I finished.

I can't get anything to move forward unless I call or email them to look at something, which at that time things then move to the next stage until I have to call or email again to move the case along. Just from the amount of time waiting on someone from your company to do something, this case has drug out at least two months if not more.

Once I say something or ask about why it's taking so long, then it moves to the next stage very quickly until the next time I have to contact them for an update.

I have been trying to get my paperwork from you guys for months, I run into the same mistake. The forms have the wrong information on it, it does not match what I entered. Your customer service is a joke. They do not know what they're doing. This site is a rip off, I have spent way over $1,000 and still no results. I am getting fed up.

I started to use this service and realized it was not for me immediately and contacted customer service within an hour. They charged me 299.00 and only refunded me 39.99, no paperwork, nothing. Even admitted on the BBB.com that I had not utilized their services so they issued me a refund, no they issued me a very partial refund. Again I add I didn’t use the service at all, i immediately stopped and contacted customer support.

The divorce template is a good start and will provide the imputes to keep moving forward in a mindful way.

Simple and straight forward

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! Wasted 3 months with this crappy service. Did not help me at all. I paid so much money for something I could have done on my own. I asked about the status of my case SEVERAL times and was told the same thing. No help just taking my money every month for nothing. I finally called the District Clerk's office and they told me what to do and now I'm doing it. Don't waste your time or your money.. please, save yourself the aggravation. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

Found it to be very simple.Should have done it sooner.

I have written before, that was 6 weeks ago. This service has not moved one inch since then. I was contacting them every three days. Still NOTHING. They have had all the papers for three months and they say they have to review them. What's to review, no contest, no children, no assets. Send the damn papers to my spouse, while I still know where he is. Three weeks ago, they said they were sending them, but nope. They don't forget to charge me. This is a rip-off. I want my money back.
