Although they were very helpful, I was given an incorrect address which led to my money order being returned. Due to financial hardship, I severely needed money and the return money order to provide for my children and I have yet been able to save up enough money again to file my divorce. Had the address not been given incorrectly, it would've never been returned and I would have finalized my divorce by now.

I regret buying this model and dealing with this company. Now days company are not liable for crap.

At the end divorce is the most difficult and very emotional process for both husband and spouse the children is the one who will suffer more although we all loose big amount of pain and sufferings Destroying a family is the most criminal things and sad to see happen but unfortunately this is life we most face in every culture world wide.

We shall see if this does what I expect for an uncontested divorce filing for Washington State.

I highly discourage anyone from using Complete Case. Their service is incredibly slow and unreliable. Despite being told it would take 7-15 business days to receive my paperwork that the courts sent back, it ended up taking them over 30 business days. When I asked for an explanation, I was told it was because they were busy. To make matters worse, they addressed my spouse's paperwork to the wrong person, causing further delays and added expenses for me to ship the documents to the correct person which they have not refunded.

Their email support is ineffective and unhelpful. Any issues I raised were met with generic, copy-pasted responses. I was never able to speak directly with my assigned case worker and when I did manage to speak with a supervisor, they never followed through on their promises to call me back.

I began this process in July 2022 and, due to constant delays on their end, I am still in the process. It has been an absolute nightmare and, on top of everything else, they charge a monthly fee for their painfully slow service. Save yourself the added stress and look elsewhere for assistance.

HArd to communicate with. Several times they say they are waiting on me to do something, when I have already completed that step. It will be a week or more, then I will ask again. They will just automatically do the thing that was to have been done a week or more earlier.

Trouble mailing to my spouse. Even though his address didn't change.

Just being able to read questions answer them yes or no that easy now let's just get it done

I like that I can handle the divorse paperwork from my household.

Helpful site. Brought my forms to the courthouse and they were surprised that I had a complete file.
