Der Kundenservice antwortet sofort und sucht nach Lösungen. Es wurde für mich ein passender Adapter für ein Gerät rausgesucht. Der Versand erfolgte prompt. Das Gerät funktioniert wieder einwandfrei.

Misleading website information, Poor product delivery

A product from a world wide brand will presented on their website ar misleading presented an original brand product with the condition new.

A generic product will be delivered.

The overcharge for the original brand product and deliver a non tested, generic product with a purchase price which is a fraction of the charged price.

However Customer Service is very quick in responding, they did all the effort of helping me by sending me, an old second hand (possible repaired product) with scratches and muck, and guess what it was a faulty product.

Claimed a refund, no refund was given.

So very quick customer service but poor product delivery.

Despite multiple emails you did not understand the situation, you purchased a generic product which corresponded exactly to the photo and description of the product. You received the product within the indicated time and this product was new. Then you explained your dissatisfaction to us by email because you thought you were receiving an original product. In order to respond to your request we have managed to find you an original second-hand product because obviously the original products are no longer produced so it is impossible to find them new. Without any additional effort we therefore sent a second product, this time original. You then practically insulted us by email by explaining that the product should have been new while knowing full well that the first product you received was new and it was exactly what you had ordered. In the end you kept both products.
We offered you a full refund if you returned the chargers to us, but you never sent the products you preferred to keep them, thus solving your main problem of a defective charger.
You are now in possession of two perfectly functional and guaranteed chargers which were delivered on time with impeccable customer service.
All our products are 100% tested and 100% working.
Under no circumstances do we sell "repaired" products, these are new products and when they are used products, they are products that have always worked but have never undergone repair.
I would like to point out that you requested a refund without returning the product with the threat of leaving you a negative evaluation if we did not give in to this blackmail.

Pile pour le bios: fils du connecteur inversés

J'ai reçu une pile pour le bios de mon pc porable Dell inspiron 5000.
Je constate que les 2 fils du connecteur sont inversés par rapport à l'ancien.
Si je le monte ainsi, mon bios sera out.
Délai de 10 jours. Beaucoup trop long

Achtung!!

Achtung!!! Bitte hier nicht einkaufen. Ware werden günstiger bei Ebay gekauft und dann an den Endkunden direkt geschickt. Ware wird dann als defekt bei Ebay Käufer reklamiert. Nachdem der Rückversandschein auf Kosten des Verkäufers geschickt worden ist wird die Ware nicht zurückgeschickt!!!!!

Sehr sehr guter Händler
Durch einen fehler meinerseits habe ich das falsche Produkt bestellt, nach der Zustellung habe ich mit dem Händler unter seiner E-Mail Adresse 2 bis 3 sehr gute schreiben gehabt, dabei schrieb er mir ich solle das verkehrt bestellte im Hermes Paket chop abgeben ( Retourenschein hat er mitgeschickt) , die Quittung fotografieren und ihm senden , dann schicke er mir sofort das neue Ersatz Teil zu , habe alles erledigt und heute das neue Netzteil bekommen. Bin sehr sehr sehr zufrieden mit dem Händler und verstehe verschiedene schlechte Bewertungen nicht , ich würde und werde immer wieder bei ihm bestellen. MFG Emunds Horst
