I cannot speak highly enough of Dave and Jane at Concept Claims (Lincoln). I recently went through a very complex and challenging property claim with Ageas Insurance, and Dave and Jane spearheaded the entire process from start to finish.
Despite how difficult and drawn-out the insurance claim was, Dave and Jane remained exceptionally professional, proactive, and dedicated throughout. They were absolutely instrumental in navigating the complexities and ensuring the claim was successful. Without their joint expertise and strong advocacy, I am certain the outcome would not have been the same.
On top of managing the insurance side seamlessly, Dave and Jane recommended the company that handled the repair works on my property. Their recommendation was spot-on, and the repair job was done spotlessly. Everything has been restored back to normal, and my property is completely back in great condition.

Hired me to do some work to isolate a bathroom, changing dates several times. I came a day early to do the work. Did not get paid after sucessfully completing their work.

They they booked me in for more work, only to cancel a day beforehand. Have not been paid for any work and the contact or "director" Jonathan now ghosts me. Not replying to overdue invoices.

Beware, do not work for them if you are a contactor.
