As a new patient, they got me in quickly and right away set up all the diagnostic testing for my partner and I so we could work with Dr. Natalia Grindler to create an action plan based on our needs. I felt like she definitely gave me the time to ask questions and explained things well. At this point, we are still deciding on how we want to move forward so we haven't received any fertility treatments yet, but we are confident in their abilities to help us navigate our options. All the staff, from the front desk to RNs and Dr. Grindler have been so pleasant and easy to work with. I also appreciate the patient portal website as it keeps everything in one place for you.

I have had nothing but a great experience with the staff at the Lone Tree office!!
Melissa (RN) has been very helpful and attentive to all my questions and walking me through the process.

After one attempt at a procedure that had to be rescheduled, Kasey was great and calming my nerves and walking me through the process!

They were amazing and I really felt like the Dr listened to what I have to say.

The office staff was absolutely wonderful! Our doctor was very intelligent, and knowledgeable in her field. I made a point to express a few things I wanted to avoid, repeatedly. Saying that it was very important to me. She assured me we would never do anything I was uncomfortable with. At the next appointment she suggested using those specific things as a path to our desired end. Also, for the billing dept. I got my bill well after the due date. I paid before the 30 grace, but was billed a late charge, because it didn’t post immediately. When I called I was on hold for approx. 20 min, and never got a human to talk to.

Dr. Bush and Melissa are amazing! I’m confident that they will be able to help my husband and I start our family!

Conceptions has been great to work with! From the front desk staff to the doctors and nurses, they are all so compassionate and responsive. We are just starting our journey to parenthood, but feel confident that we choose the right team!

At the start of my visit I was unaware that the doctor and staff had not received nor reviewed my tests and medical history from my provider. I asked the front desk upon my arrival if they had received my paperwork from my other doctor's office to which they replied "yes." Apparently they misunderstood my question (I found this out after my visit with their doctor and staff), they thought I was referring to my consent and other ppwk. The doctor was nice and helpful but I honestly feel like everything we discussed was completely irrelevant and not applicable to me.. it was a waste of a consult visit as far as time and cost. I feel like had they reviewed my prior testing and diagnosis then the consultation would have been totally different. It wasn't until after my visit with the doctor when the nurse was discussing which tests the doctor recommended, that I realized they didn't know any thing about me because several of the tests were unnecessary due to my situation. I was able to pull up my medical history with recent testing from my regular providers portal and showed the nurse.. she agreed that several of the tests recommend were unnecessary and would have just been a waste of my money. My doctors office apparently mistakenly sent my medical history to the other conceptions location so this was why the office I visited did not have it, but either way, I do not think they should have seen me without reviewing my history especially due to the very recent testing I had already undergone in the weeks prior to this visit. I am disappointed with my experience here. Otherwise, the staff were all nice and the facility was comfortable.

Excellent. Very professional staff, easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable the moment I stepped foot in the door until I left. Highly recommend!

Dr. Bush and his nurses are the best at Conceptions. We had another negative experience with a different doctor in the practice, but they reached out to find out what was happening, and immediately reassigned us to someone who was a much better fit. They truly care about your situation and will work with you to resolve issues!

Great place to get the job done. Magazines were a little outdated but it worked.

If you are there for a procedure that Costs 20K plus they might treat you better but for anything else, it's just one big unorganized mess. Each time I was seen by a different nurse, nobody really communicated effectively and it felt more like a car sales floor than anything else. So so frustrating!!!!

It was a long journey for my husband and I to conceive and we worked with Conceptions for the entire time. Thanks to Dr. Bush and many other staff members at Conceptions we are now expecting a baby boy. Most of my appointments were at the Littleton office which I found to be a pleasant environment for all of the meetings and procedures. Even though it took a long time to get pregnant, I was very pleased with my experience at Conceptions. Everyone we worked with was very supportive and encouraging. I felt important and genuinely cared for every time I was there. I believe that their protocols are a good balance of science and heart. Most daily communication is done through the nursing staff, but the doctors were always quick to respond to any e-mails that I sent them. I'm looking forward to introducing our little one to Dr. Bush and the rest of the staff. I would highly recommend Conceptions to anyone trying to expand their family.

I was very pleased with my initial consult at Conceptions.

I met with Dr. Bush to discuss infertility next steps. It was clear to me that he had spent time reviewing my records in detail. I had prepared questions for him, but he answered most of my questions before I even had to ask.

What I'm was most impressed by was the level of personalization he is putting into my next steps/protocol. He looked very closely at a few "red flags" that other doctors had passed off with miscellaneous excuses. He told me how we'd address each, just in case we don't know the whole story of what's going wrong and when.

The nurse assigned to me was very kind and attentive. She has been great with following up with me and is very knowledgeable.

The business office was willing to speak with me about my insurance and look into some questions for me before I even had my initial consult. All of my questions were answered and there were no shady financial policies leading to additional stress. I appreciated knowing exactly how much I'll pay and when.

After having gone through two doctors and 3 treatment cycles I have to say the best thing about Conceptions is the nurses. They are thoughtful, organized, and attentive. They were always there to answer any questions and to guide us through every process. Their care alone made each cycle bearable. Dr. Bush was very competent and handled my difficult situation infinitely better than our first doctor. However, he does not possess the best bedside manner. The financial department has improved recently but seems understaffed. Pricing seemed steep for our first cycle but was more than fair for our last two cycles. Overall I am so glad we went through all of this with Conceptions and not the bigger competition.

We recently moved to Denver from Texas, and knew that we wanted another child. My experience with Conceptions and Dr. Bush far exceeded what I went through in Texas for fertility treatments. Dr. Bush and his staff truly listened to me and my history, and they were able to guide me through a successful egg retrieval procedure and embryo transfer, each in one round. I began this journey about 6 months ago, and now I'm 12 weeks along and expecting a little boy in October! Our family couldn't be happier with the experience. Thank you for making it as smooth as possible! We really enjoyed our experience with everyone we encountered at Conceptions!

coming in, not knowing NOTHING about IVF and how it works was really a whirlwind of emotions. However I met with Dr Bush and this man knows what he is talking about. The one phrase that made me feel so much better was..."You are in control". I have never heard that from a Doctor before. I will soon be starting my IVF treatment and super excited. He also is very understanding because this is no longer the "rich" person treatment, it's my treatment.

I appreciate the timely communication and the caring providers, who make sure I am fully informed about all of my options.
