I worked with Dr. Grindler and the conceptions team for about a year in helping me to overcome my fertility issues. Both the doctor and nurses could not have been more friendly, professional, helpful, and encouraging throughout my entire IVF process. They were patient, understanding, and made it a point to explain to me my options while answering each and every single question I had. They worked with me and my husband on our ideal timeline and made our dream of starting a family a reality. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Grindler and the entire Conceptions team.

5 Stars! Conceptions got me pregnant after a very long road of difficulties and road blocks. I highly recommend Dr. Greene. He is one of the most compassionate and understanding people I have ever met in my life, let alone a doctor. He has held my hand during our meetings with him because I was so absolutely terrified and he always offers the most heartfelt advice. He truly cares about his patients and your results. The IVF process is never easy but we had open communication with Dr. Greene and the team about my anxieties and worries and that really helped.

The only CON to this place is the communication. All of your communication is done through your nurse and it seems as though they have parameters for lab results and ultrasound results that they can make changes without having to contact the doctor and that I personally didn't like. I wanted Dr. Greene to handle all of my stuff and that isn't the way they do it. It ended up working out. I did have a bit of a rough time in my retrieval with the communication with my nurse but my transfer was amazing and my coordinator was the best. The moral of the story is that I am pregnant, having a baby girl and I will be back for transfers in the future. Thank you Dr. Greene, Veronica and Tanya for everything!

I am very appreciate of the friendliness and effeciency of the staff. I live out of state and the office has been so helpful at helping me to coordinate care so that I do not have to travel back and forth for testing and labwork. The staff is also very knowledgeable and willing to help answer any questions I have thrown their way. I am thankful that I transferred to this clinic and am excited for the future.

Responsive and kind. Also worked diligently for the most efficient visit getting as many tests done as possible. Would have liked a list of prices of the tests and their interpretations prior to them being performed. I continue to receive bills and making the cost of my appointment >4x what I expected

Not impressed with the doctor’s mannerism

We are currently going through the process of IVF due to tubal ligation. The staff and Dr. O'Shaughnessy have all been so wonderful so far. Both my contact nurse for all of our diagnostic testing and our IVF nurse have been so sweet and will email me multiple times a day when I have questions or have things I need to get done. I've been nothing but impressed with their knowledge and their dedication to their patients. I cant imagine doing this with anyone else!

My husband and I had nothing but great experiences at Conceptions, from meeting with Dr. Grindler, who was compassionate and informative, to working with the nurses and staff, who were always helpful and friendly. Conceptions treated us like family, not like a number on a list like other IVF clinics. We highly recommend Conceptions to other women and men who are struggling with infertility.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with conceptions. Everyone is friendly, helpful and compassionate. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asked.

Dr. Bush and staff were very knowledgeable, kind and immediately put my "plan" into action.

We worked with Conceptions for several years and had two successful pregnancies from IVF with donor egg. The doctors, nurses and staff all treated us as family and always offered an incredible about of support. Someone was available to answer questions and address concerns at all times. We could not be happier with the care and attention we received. It was worth the struggle, worth the wait and worth every penny.

Conceptions gave us hope when we were really out of options. The doctors and nurses were top notch through the entire process. Expensive, but not as bad as others in the area and they have a higher success rate.
We are now 13 weeks pregnant with our first child through Conceptions and will be forever grateful for what they helped us achieve.

We're so thankful to Dr. Bush and the entire team that helped guide us through the IVF process. It was more challenging and trying than we had anticipated, but we felt supported and cared for the entire way. Now, we couldn't be happier as we await the arrival of our first child. Thank you Conceptions for making this 5 year journey end on a happy note!

Overall just a really awesome experience for my wife & I. All of the staff, nurses, and doctors were so patient throughout our entire process. Would highly recommend Conceptions to anyone seeking assistance with getting pregnant.

It was easy to make an appointment and get everything scheduled. My Dr. was amazing, she explained everything very well and didn't over complicate the explanation. I feel like Conceptions has my best interest at heart.

Staff has been amazing to work with. We had a special medical circumstance and they accommodated us above and beyond. Highly recommend them.
