Useless customer service.
Struggle with the most basic comprehension, and close tickets without resolution.

I have used this for years for the rewards but for some reason they have got my email mixed up.i get my insurance for my car my wife's car my daughter's car my contents and buildings and also friends insurance but no more.i have contacted them showing my email on the confused .com app and given them the policy number ect.They are very arrogant in their replies it's not brand surgery to work out change my email to the correct one.emailed them last week again but they can't even bother replying now,am sure they must be regulated by an ombudsman which I will am thinking of going to

I was on holiday in Australia my ins was due on the 26th of march had quotes before going on holiday tryed to login but was blocked from me account went elsewhere after being with confused.com for years 😩

A good choice of quotes, significantly cheaper than the renewal received from my current insurer.

AVOID this company is abusive and not protecting your data at all !!!
When asked to delete my account they said its done but its not deleted coz i still can login without any troubles. they'll not do it as they keep data for other porpoises!!!

Overall brilliant and easy to use service. Only thing I would say is the black box filter should be a lot clearer and obvious to find as its kind of hidden away at the end of your searches.

If you use Confused because of their "rewards" scheme, don't expext much in the way of customer service.
They now have your money and parting with the promised rewards will take forever. Indeed, a 3rd parting of the seas seems more likely.
In the age of advanced tech, these should, and could, be automated transactions meaning that as soon as payment is verified, you qualify for rewards.
So, Confused, I'm very confused over what's taking you so long, why I trusted that rewards would be forthcoming quickly and why you don't have a better process for your customers?

I haven't been insured with you as of recently, but was highly recommended by friends. Was easy to insure with your company.

Used confused.com before for car insurance and used again. Always gets me the best price and great rewards offers. Highly recommended

Having used the service last year for my car insurance and despite a couple of problems during the year with free drinks, I was happy to use them again this year. At least that's what I thought was happening. I completed the purchase of my insurance and then waited to be told I would be receiving my monthly award of free drinks. Nothing. I was left wondering if I'd somehow made a mistake during the process , quite likely as I'm not as young as I once was and tend to get things wrong! It's because of this I have given four stars and not five - and will double check everything next year.

Very easy to navigate a pleasant experience

I will never ever use Confused.com. The reason is their adverts are extremely over exposed expecially on youtube. Whatever the deal I will never have anything to do with them. Their ad (which is always the same one) on TV and on youtube have put me off them for life.
