Mistakes can happen
Having used the service last year for my car insurance and despite a couple of problems during the year with free drinks, I was happy to use them again this year. At least that's what I thought was happening. I completed the purchase of my insurance and then waited to be told I would be receiving my monthly award of free drinks. Nothing. I was left wondering if I'd somehow made a mistake during the process , quite likely as I'm not as young as I once was and tend to get things wrong! It's because of this I have given four stars and not five - and will double check everything next year.
