After two and a half months of waiting and frustration I didn't receive my desk. Every time I contacted you I was given wrong info about delivery delays and provided new date for delivery. Eventually I cancelled my order. Totally disappointed with your service

The customer was very good and you up to date on the status of my order. The desk I is better than I thought and high recommend.

Great friendly service. Initially communication was very good however during delays in my desks arrival date, due to Covid and absolutely no fault of their own, I had to reach out To understand where my order was. So comms could have been better. Other than that I love my desk and delivery was prompt and efficient when the desk finally arrived.

I was struggling to find a TV cabinet that fitted my needs, had a chat with very friendly customer service who helped me identify a suitable product, once delivered I had a couple of installation issues which again was dealt with very professionally! The TV cabinet itself looks really stylish and modern, the pictures on the website don't do it justice. Thanks!

Easy to order and arrived very quickly. Really pleased with the fold-away desk and it looks great in the little spare bedroom we have. It also provides storage space for books and office items. Very solidly built (better than Ikea!), and fairly easy to put together (we were not put off by the Chinese instructions as there were very clear pictures as well).

Brilliant product, our Sonos speakers look great and now our surround sound is what it’s meant to be. A great birthday present for my husband in lock down. Hermes delivered firstly and, as usual, it was a disaster, I was straight on the website chat and sent photos of the destroyed (along with parts missing!) speaker stand and straight away they sent a new one via UPS without any hesitation that arrived the next day. Thank you very much. Very happy customers.

Very happy with Accept Concept, ordered on line, the company then phoned me to tell me they had my order and when the carrier's were collecting it from them, l had another phone call telling me when it was being delivered. My unit was delivered on time and was very well packaged, the driver's waited whilst we unpacked it to make sure it was not damaged, which it was not. Very pleased, excellent quality at a very good price. Would most definitely buy from them again.

Superb bit of kit. ST160 TV unit. Very expensive, but I can see why as it is so well made. People who have seen it have commented on the quality.
2 man delivery team positioned unit after removing all packaging and taking the rubbish away. Very helpful.
Only one small gripe - the top central section could have been open backed like the rest of the unit as it's the perfect place to house an AV amp for shortest cable runs to other components.
