They were very understanding and helpful as we learned about the consequences of our choices of windows, doors etc. The locally sourced assembly team knew their work and did it efficiently and quickly. Head office kept in touch monitored the build. We recommend ConservatoryLand

We had a 3m x 3m conservatory built as an extension to our living room as a playroom for the kids. Very clever modular construction, high quality finish and very reasonable price. The sales and installation teams were very friendly and professional, whole thing finished and left tidy in good time. On the whole we're very pleased indeed! 😁

I had a large concervatory from Concervatory land and I’m so happy that I use this company from day one the guy showed up with delivery of all parts and started straight away. It is a friendly company to deal with. Nice people. The conservatory was erected in 2 1/2 days - which you wouldn't think possible - plus half a day groundwork. Installers were great and always on time. The conservatory itself looks great. I am not awarding 5 stars, however. This is because early communications - especially with Sales - were a bewildering mixture of phone calls (undocumented), emails and WhatsApp. As there was a little negotiation involved - I wanted a couple of extras thrown in, not to mention multiple changes of mind - this comms soup came back to haunt us all during the actual installation. There was a lot of to-ing and fro-ing for an hour between installer and Customer Service and, I suspect, between Sales and Customer Service before I intervened forcefully saying I wasn't going to get into a "who said what to whom debate" - after which they relented. Their comms needs to be more consistent, with way more written confirmation of what is agreed. All that said, I am a happy customer. What I have is a very nice conservatory at an affordable price and I have found, a little to my own surprise, that their patent ConservaBase" technology makes it not only a much faster and less messy installation but also makes flooring options more straightforward. Be aware, by the way, that you will be paying the installer direct for his work and, at least in my case, deducting some money from the installer to pay the electrician for the sockets. That too is a bit messy and overall the relationship between customer, installer, Sales and Customer Service is a bit complex for my money. Keep your wits about you and do - as I did not - email the company with your own understanding of anything you think you have agreed. No regrets, though, and I do recommend them as great value for money and a rather nice bunch of people.

We’re absolutely delighted with our new 3m x 3m sunroom, complete with inner and outer french doors. The fitting team were excellent—professional throughout and a pleasure to deal with.

We finalized the design earlier in the year while waiting for our move north. Before we’d even fully moved in, the sunroom was up, with fitting taking just three to four days spread over a week.

The construction made it straightforward for me to lay a floor, add lighting and make provision for heating, which we’ll decide on later. I’ve also added my own bespoke door holders so we can enjoy having the enormous doors open without the wind causing any problems.

The sunroom has made my wife smile, and the cat has simply taken over—what more can I say! Highly recommended.

We can not recommend Conservatory Land enough. The conservatory was installed with no mess, efficiently and quickly. The installer was polite, nice to chat to and worked well.
Conservatory Land and the Installer coped really with the problems we had and the delays that resulted.
The support from Conservatory Land was excellent and we felt really cared for.
The Conservatory....it is amazing and we love it. Can't think why we did not have one years ago. We are now able to enjoy our garden whatever the weather.

We are happy with the design and size of the conservatory, it was built quickly and there were many instances of friendly and professional service.

It is the communications that has been a shock to the system though. We were absolutely bombarded with non-stop calls, texts, emails after our initial enquiry. It was overwhelming, we felt hounded. This switched to radio silence the instance we paid the deposit! Instead, we had to chase and chase and chase to get responses and things done.

Eight months post-completion, they came to investigate and fix a leak. Their inspection found that the leak was not related to the conservatory, but that the conservatory had 'some design flaws'. That was in mid April, it took until late May to get them to confirm an appointment for late June. They cancelled the appointment at the very last minute, and it's been radio silence since, again. It's now late September.

From start to finish I was kept informed and looked after. I took some time exploring other sellers but ConservatoryLand ticked all of the boxes. I used the approved installers and found that the build was quick and tidy; the extra room is making such a difference - it's perfect. Thank you and I would highly recommend this company and installers without hesitation.

I have had the conservatory since 2017, nearly 10 years now. I had to change the locks on the tilting windows. The installation was very quick with the metal frame base. The filter dug holes for the posts and filled them with cement. The conservatory now has shagged in the centre. The posts in the centre had sunk and the conservatory is now has a slope in the centre. Consequently, the French door can not close. I had adjusted many times and now it is so lopsided that I can not adjust any further. I am super disappointed and don't know what to do. I am in Bromley/London. If any one has any suggestion then please let me know what I can do and who I can call.

Very professional , reliable and keep their promises from the start. The bespoke conservatory was made by their factory and shipped according to scheduled date. I was surprised to see all pre fabricated parts fit in well and made a very reasonable and well established conservatory with in 2 weeks. Customer advisor Katherine called me almost every day during the installation , to make sure every thing went on according to plan. I will definitely recommend my friends if they are looking for conservatory. Well done conservatory land.

Superb and seamless service from start to finish. This is the second time I’ve used Conservatory Land and cannot recommend them highly enough. Sam took the time to explain the process really clearly and was on hand to answer any concerns or queries. Every person I had contact with at this company was efficient and polite. The whole process flowed really well. You are assigned a person who supports you through the whole process. This was really helpful as you could phone this person with any queries. The fitters were very efficient punctual , reliable, clean and they really did care about making sure I had the best service. The electrician arrived on time as well. The conservatory is really good as I have another room. It makes the whole house different, bigger, more spacious. I am a single female so I was very unsure about getting somebody to put up a conservatory SO I would really recommend conservatory land especially for people like myself. It was also a nice price!! Thank you conservatory land.

My wife and I initially visited the Conservatory Land office and factory at Mansfield and were very impressed after having been shown around all departments.

Graham and team did an excellent job replacing my 30 year old life expired conservatory onto its existing dwarf wall.
The build took four days and the team arrived promptly at 8 am every morning. They were tidy and cleaned up after work each day.

Catherine at Conservatory Land rang us every day to check on progress.

We were little concerned at the start having a separate contract with the installer but our worry was unfounded.

From start to finish my experience with the company has been outstanding. The initial visit to the premises and showroom was very worthwhile as it gave me an understanding of the manufacturing and the installation process.
I found all the staff to be friendly, knowledgable and never once felt under pressure to make an early decision.

I have wanted to have a Conservatory for many years. As I have a cellar- the floor level at the back of the house is more than 1metre which makes a standard construction difficult. When I checked the Conservatory Land website I noticed they have a Conservabase steel base option which allows for an elevated Conservatory. Also, they have flexibility in Conservatory design features. I had a number of requirements for the design as well as the extra height such as maximum glass overlooking the garden with bifold doors and full-height windows, space for a Bar & BBQ, blue glass roof and accessible storage space within the base. Customer Service developed the design to my requirements and produced plans for me to approve. I ordered the design on buy now pay later which allowed me spare cash for furnishings. The installers did a professional job building the Conservatory to a very high quality finish working all hours to finish the job.

Had a conservatory fitted about a week ago, and so far so good. Great product, great company and an excellent experience overall. I had quotes from other companies, and while I understand they would have been more expensive due to the traditional base, the main thing that stood out to me (apart from the price) is ConservatoryLands customer service from the first conversation I have ever had with them. You can build your own quote online, so you know what to expect and it can only get better once you speak with them. No hidden fees or extras, clear communication and they were also super flexible about the multitude of changes I have requested and silly questions I asked. Jane was awesome throughout the process, and Stu (the installer) and his team have done an amazing and quick job. Would definitely recommend.
