The sales team went 'above and beyond'. I looked at all the videos and read all the reviews. I was down to 2. One had a very high rating from customers (ConservatoryLand), the other a rather alarming percentage of negative feedback. Decision made.

And what a good decision that was. ConservatoryLand handed me on to a project manager (from KS Glazing) who worked on the project in really difficult circumstances (constant REAL heat), got the conservatory up, got the flooring in, made a new step for me...etc.

And just about every time the project manager and his team arrived, I got a phone call from ConservatoryLand to check that all was going well.

Had a great experience. It fast a process, delivery was quick, installation done in couple of hours, clean up..great job. Delighted to have my conservatory. Adam was very helpful.

The whole process was simple and seamless from the quoting, site survey to the instillation. The staff are knowledgeable and good communicators and the installers (Sean, Johnny and team) did a fabulous job all round, great communication and we are especially happy with the lead waterproofing and the quality of both the conservatory and the workmanship. Definitely good value for money!

From the start of designing the conservatory to completion, ConservatoryLand were excellent. They responded to any communication promptly and kept in regular contact throughout the build. I am pleased with the outcome of the conservatory and the quality, adding valuable space to my home.

Conservatory Land made the whole experience straightforward and stress‑free, from the initial design stage right through to installation.

The builder was incredibly experienced and took the time to talk through all my questions. It wasn’t an easy build - the conservatory sits against a stone wall and the ground was tough to dig into, but he handled every challenge with real skill and got it finished to perfection.

My biggest worry was water ingress, especially with the way the rain hits our house side‑on. The conservatory has now been in place for several months, and even during the heaviest downpours, not a single drop has made its way inside.

t’s genuinely transformed our home and life. It’s become our main room -filled with light, perfect for working in, and I now spend more time watching the birds and trees than the TV! It’s had such a positive impact on my wellbeing. It also stops the draft getting in through our front door, which in the long run will cut down our heating bills. Worth the investment. Very happy and would highly recommend Conservatory Land.

Absolutely surpassed expectations!
The quote process was easy and being able to look at different options (plus costs) online / without any sales hassle was a bonus.
Once we had decided on the product, Alec in sales was great including arranging the factory visit so we could understand the modular construction (which I would highy recomend to do) however we did discuss concerns around install as from older reviews that was an achilles heal however not now. Sean Hunt and his team did an exemplary job of installing the conservatory, 5 days start to finish, attention to detail was superb and blown away with the finished product.

I want to extend a huge thank you to ConservatoryLand, Castle Window Installations Ltd, TL Carpets, the electrician, and the plumber for the outstanding work on my new conservatory. The finish is exceptional, and I genuinely appreciate how tidy and professional everyone was throughout the construction process. I am absolutely thrilled with the final result and the high standard of craftsmanship.
 
I must highlight Karen from ConservatoryLand, who kept me informed before and after the completion of my conservatory. When I first saw the brochure featuring my chosen conservatory style, I fell in love with it, and I’m so glad I chose that design. My parents and my kids also absolutely love it, and now that everything has settled down, we enjoy spending time in my beautiful new conservatory.

Well where do you begin!
From start to finish the whole experience was a piece of cake. The Conservatory Land consultant was very thorough and explained everything, as did the builder who dismantle my old conservatory erected our new one.
The 2 guys erecting the new conservatory were efficient, pleasant and left the site tidy every night.
We were contacted every day by Conservatory Land’s Customer Sales Advisor who checked on progress and answer any queries/ concerns we had.
All in all I would highly recommend Conservatory Land for all of their efforts to ensure that every step of the way we were kept informed.

Well it really was worth it. Read why it worked for us. Then you decide. As a recently retired couple we have by way of our age had quite a few houses as we brought our family up. We have also had several conservatories. We have also seen a definitive decline in skill trades and companies with customer morals.

After many dodgy estimates and even dodger companies with amazing websites that promised much and gave very little by way of customer service. We turned to Conservatory Land.

We still had that feeling of trepidation but to be fair my past experiences (as explained) made me a cautious customer for Conservatory Land to work with. I wanted to know everything about my conservatory. I visited their factory, and kept my questions coming.

They worked with me, professionally and courteously and encouraged me to make revisions on the style and build so we could stay in budget and on target.

I got drawing, specifications and written quotes at each revision. Eventually we said yes. It's a good size conservatory 6x4 metres with orangery style front.

We chose the Approved installer route and our installers were brilliant. Conservatory Land had a project manager pop to site throughout the install and like any complex build it wasn't without challenges. But the Approved Installer and the project manager navigated them professionally.

It took 5 days to build from start to finish with plastering on the sixth day.

I am pleased to write this review because Conservatory Land deserve it. They have a fantastic product and you wouldn't get a high specification conservatory built anywhere in 5 days.

In my option as a retired electrician who has worked on many a new build. I would say the Conservatory Land factory built product is better than the traditional footings, bricks and mortar route.

Lastly, after my initial enquiry via their website we had the same people at Conservatory Land look after us. That for a big company is a tall order but it really give that personal touch to our conservatory project from start to finish.

We bought a conservatory but we also got a personal service which meant a lot to us. Modular building is definitely the way forward. A pitty they dont build bungalows.

They gave helpful advice, which I appreciated. The design was just what I wanted. The guys who put it up, arrived on the dot and had it assembled in 2 days. All very efficient.

We’re looking for a conservatory for sometime but we wanted financing as part of the deal. I came across this company via Google search and left an inquiry on a Saturday evening. I received a call on Sunday morning, finalised the deal by that evening and I got the required financing decision by then. The conservatory was delivered within a month. The builder who installed it did everything required and the entire process was seamless and smooth. We’re worried about the loss of garden space and the possible visual impact of the extension. But everything turned out fine and great. Very pleased with the results. The team was excellent and we received an excellent service.

The experience was not a 'quick' sell. The chap that we dealt with over a period of three months was engaging, very professional and attentive. Both the sales advisor and ourselves tried everything to make a new conservatory happen. Unfortunately previous construction idiosyncracies involving 2 older conservatories ultimately ruled out using the company which was a real shame. I would not hesitate recommending this company for their professionalism and persistence in trying to make the new conservatory construction happen.

Last month I was on a train reading the Metro newspaper when I saw the full page advert from ConservatoryLand offering to “Extend your home in as little as four days!” Having just been divorced and ‘taken to the cleaners” by my ex-wife who didn’t like conservatories, I made a snap decision to spend some of my remaining life savings to have my ‘dream come true’ of a conservatory to spend my old age philosophising and contemplating the meaning of life so I started to use the ‘online quote engine’ in the advert while still on the train and next day was contacted by Sam at ConservatoryLand and we discussed designing a Lean-To Conservatory in 10 minutes! Catherine then called to arrange for Andy, the approved installer to do a survey. He arrived the next day! After signing the contract and paying the agreed price with a 10% June discount I was contacted by the technical team to finalise design and given a start date of 29th June. Andy contacted me the day before to let me know the skip would be arriving next morning from 7.30am and that he would be there at approximately 9.30am! Unfortunately the skip didn’t arrive until about 1pm which delayed the start of clearing and removing the Yorkshire stone patio but Andy and partner Ryan worked very hard when the delivery of the Lean-To arrived from ConservatoryLand about the same time as the skip and my back garden was transformed into a construction site! In spite of the heatwave, with temperatures in the 30s deg C, Andy and Ryan arrived very early each morning and worked tirelessly until the job was finished. Catherine kept in touch with regular phone calls to check everything was going to plan. Andy recommended me having laminated flooring but in the meantime I have floor mats to enhance the photos taken which I shall now include with this review.
Shame about England losing last night but I’m looking forward to enjoying my beautiful new Conservatory! Thanks for a great job! 👏 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent after sales service. Highly delighted with my new conservatory. Had a slight problem with an opening window sticking. Spoke to Karen at Conservatory Land who had the minor adjustments needed done almost immediately. Superb back up thank you.

Can not find fault with ConservatoryLand. I looked at their Website, in put the size of the conservatory that I wanted to replace. Got an estimated idea of cost. I was contacted and asked for more details. I was then given a very favourable price. I confirmed an order and within 5 weeks I have a top quality, highly finished beautiful new conservatory. The team that dismantled and took away the old conservatory and then built the new one were brilliant.
I highly recommend Conservatory Land. Top quality product and highly respectful staff who made me feel a valued customer.
