2 month before you process my request…

2 month before you process my request in that time I switch companies for a lower rate. You then proceeded to continue with my application that you were late in processing and now charging a must higher rate. Very deceptive practice.

Unless we received a request from you or your current supplier to cancel your switch request, your initial switch request with us would proceed as normal. It typically takes 1-2 billing cycles in Connecticut to change from your current supplier to a new one because the utility must approve the switch request. We have sent you an email requesting additional information so we can escalate it to our Care managers to look into further. Billing error

I signed up for Constellation even though the rate was higher than my utility company’s rate because they offered a $75 gift card. When my welcome email did not reference the gift card I sent an email to confirm I would be receiving it. The email I received in response indicated I would not in fact receive the card and that my enrollment was canceled. I just received my electric bill and was billed by Constellation for the higher rate.

Enrollment Failure - No Contact

I tried to enroll in service online (order TX28746724), and I even contacted support to make sure everything went through and I was told yes, everything was good. Now nearly one month later I find that the enrollment did NOT go through and no one can tell me why and now I'm stuck to pay the delivery fees through my apartment complex and penalties for not having service setup, despite being assured from Contellation that I would have service.
