I used this company to help in the care of my mother back in 2020ish. They were the worst company I used, and I sacked them.

DO NOT USE THEM.

I would like to share what an absolute pleasure it was to be fortunate to complete the Induction training course with Consultus Care recently. I cannot recommend this company highly enough for their enthusiasm, professionalism and all round quality of my experience. From day 1 I was welcomed into the Consultus Care family with such warmth. The courses and subjects covered were intense at times but the staff were able to communicate each and every aspect of each subject professionally and at times with great humour. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. The accommodation provided by Consultus Care was also of a high quality and it was fantastic to meet the other trainees with whom I was able to bond with an share experiences. Thank you Consultus Care!

I have recently completed my 5 days of training with Consultus Care.I stayed in one of their carers house which was provided ,and was very clean and comfortable and only a short distance from their office.The training was excellent, very informative and all trainers were kind,supportive and passionate with what they were teaching Consultus Care is extremely organised and well managed. All staff from the reception upwards have been very approachable .An agency that cares about their staff was clear to see.A huge thank you to everyone at Consultus Care, including Sue,Lisa,Louise,Lucy, Imogen, Sarah and Claire.

Excellent training - kind, supportive, professional, friendly and comprehensive.

I have been working with Consultus for over 10 years. Emma, Louise and Jo have been wonderful in finding me new clients after dear Mrs P passed away recently. My diary has been filled with lovely client and have future bookings with two of the clients already.

I am a self employed Carer. Very sadly two of my regular clients passed away and one moved into a Care Home. This was very stressful as I had large gaps in my calendar. Thanks to Sue and Emma and their expertise I was soon matched to new clients. I appreciated their efforts and quick response.

I have used Consultus to provide live in carers to support several family members in their own homes over the last 19 years. In general we have been well matched with carers in terms of personalities and experience. The ideal carer is competent, friendly, caring, independent and flexible. I have recommended them to friends who have also become long term clients.

As I only work with Consultus Care for some months of the year, I rely on constant bookings for that period of time.
With my recent work period I had a few cancellations and all the lovely ladies, the Consultants at Consultus Care, were so supportive and hands on with supplying me with clients.
I have always found Consultus Care very supportive and helpful and would highly recommend Caring with this company

I have been working with Consultus as a live-in carer since the end of 2019. I love the flexibility of working as self employed. I have always had work and the team are always available to chat to and are very accommodating. My "clients" are all lovely. So happy to be following my passion of caring for the elderly and Consultus has enabled me to do that.

My 90 plus year old mother urgently needed care and, having heard positively for a number of years from a friend whose own mother has had Consultus carers, I arranged care. Louise answered the phone and took a brief on my mother’s care needs and the very next day an experienced, calm carer arrived and so began our Consultus journey. Every single carer has been kind, professional and constructive. We children have been able to enjoy the time with our mother whether or not we are there with a sense of peace and trust.

I cannot recommend Consultus highly enough. Their care of both my parents (with complex physical needs and dementia) has been amazing. I have felt very supported and helped along the way and I'm confident that my parents could not be in better hands. Thank you!

I have been working with Consultus for several months. I only started caring work at the beginning of this year and have to say I am really glad I pursued my instincts to work with Consultus. They are amazing at maintaining the balance of being dedicated to both carer and client, not an easy task. It's a big thank you to the Consultus team!

I work for Consultus and have always had positive interactions with the office staff and consultants. I saw my consultant Mirella recently and again found her to be friendly, kind, caring and professional. I want to thank her for being helpful and approachable. It’s always a pleasure to see her and work with her.

We have been using Consultus since the end of January 2025. We have had a number of carers for living in care. and all of them have been excellent. Cheerful, hard-working and prepared to go above and beyond when required I cannot recommend them enough.

I have been a carer with Consultas for 8 years now. I've had wonderful consultants during this time , they are so professional. You always know you have the backing of your consultants at any time . I've had wonderful clients during my time, clients selected to fit your profile. The annual training is of high quality and very professional.
