Very pleased with the help i received from Lucy Clarke, she was very professional and informative.

Sophie W has been a pleasure to deal with. From start to currently, SW has been going above and beyond to provide the help and support needed. The patience , empathy and enthusiasm that has been displayed has been amazing to see, and a pleasure to be on the receiving end of. Sophie has offered to continue to be of help and aid when needed which is greatly appreciated as although the bulk of what was needed is done, it is not yet finished and again another example of the willingness to help. If i had to contact consumer rights again, it would be Sophie i would be asking for.
