Dwayne (my counselor) has been there with me every step of the way. Always available whenever I have any questions or concerns and also my realtor Reginald.

The NACA program is so beneficial! The process can go as fast or slow as you’d want depending on your ability to gather all the required documentation and response-time to your counselor. I have one of the best counselors. Super responsive and helpful. We communicate almost daily about what the next steps for me are! If you’re considering the program, do some research and go to a workshop near you!

My husband and I just started the NACA process and so far it’s been great. Everything has been really easy to understand, the steps are clear, and the counselors explain everything well. It’s honestly a really good program if you want to buy a home with support and without all the usual costs. We’re happy we started and excited to keep going!

We really appreciate how professional the staff were and how they explained the process to us. We are excited about owning our first home together and what that will mean to our family.

Naca is a challenge especially trying to get everything in portal and making sure everything is right.but I think it's a good program.

I really like going to this program it makes you more accountable for every dollar and gives you the information you need to move forward with your homebuying process it makes homebuying very easy and understandable. Especially when you go to the events everybody so helpful. It makes it feel like you have a full team of professionals looking out for your best homebuying.

My Husband and I started working with NACA a little over a year ago. I have a Great counselor; who has been walking and coaching us through the process. We have had 2 separate meeting with her and I have walked away both times feeling the Purchasing a home is within our reach. The action plan is precise and the steps are mapped out. You will not feel lost because you can pull your information up and see what you have completed and what you have left to fulfill. We are happy that this program is available tom us.

I have been working with NACA for a few months to qualify for a mortgage. Although the process to qualify is challenging, I feel that the NACA program provides an advantageous way to acquire homeownership, while gaining knowledgeable experience in mortgage financing and financial budgeting. NACA provides an excellent opportunity to move forward.

I recommend NACA and the exceptional guidance I from my counselor, Ellen Petersen. As someone who thought homeownership was out of reach, NACA's "Best in America Mortgage" is truly possible with this program. I’m currently in the process of my home buying application with NACA, and so far my experience has been very positive. While there is a wait to meet with a counselor, Shanniece, I found the consultation well worth it. When I finally had my meeting, my consultant provided detailed guidance that really helped me understand the process.

The customer service team has also been very helpful, always giving me clear instructions and answering my questions. I’m still in the early stages of my application, but I feel confident moving forward. I’ll update my review as my journey progresses.

During the home-buying process, it is crucial to collaborate with the NACA home counselors and adhere to their guidance. Regarding what we needed to accomplish, our counselors were incredibly informed and knowledgeable. Whenever we had queries or encountered obstacles that we needed assistance overcoming, she made sure to inform us that we could get in touch with her. Even though it took a while, we knew it would be worthwhile in the end.
