Highly Recommended
Very good service, felt the company was competitive on price and flexible in not trying to sell me a 'package' I did not need. The equipment supplied and instructions are all good quality.
Customer service post sales was excellent and much appreciated as I installed most of the system myself with very little previous experience.

Laying new UFH
As new to doing this ourselves the firm were brilliant in supporting us and all our queries. They provided the plans and answers and we did the actual work and it works perfectly for us. Because we were involved we could decide where cold spots were and planned for our library cupboard not to be overheated and it all works exactly as wanted!

Efficient and helpful throughout
Judith helped me through the whole process, she was excellent and a pleasure to work with. The CAD driven approach made it easy for me to understand everything. Even when the spec changed the amendments were seamless and had no negative impact on the experience. Delivery was efficient with everything we needed clearly labelled and well packed.

My enquiry for a replacement control unit was dealt with very quickly and the part was delivered the next day !
I then had a phone to ensure I had received it and check it was correct
