I would highly recommend Jo and the team for your mortgage needs. We were given excellent customer service, advice and they were extremely knowledgeable.
I couldn't and wouldn't of done this process without them, and will be using them when our term is up. I will be recommending them to all my friends.

I got passed onto contractor financial after we had a house fall through as our previous mortgage advisor messed up with our childcare expenses. My partner is self employed and we had little hope left, after speaking with Billie she put me at ease and started the process with me. Billie passed me over to Sophie as she was going on maternity leave, but Sophie was aware of everything and the handover was simple. Sophie has been nothing short of exceptional from start to finish, nothing felt like it was too much. Sophie has been easy to contact through out and felt like I was talking with a friend throughout which made the whole process a lot less scary. After my previous experience with someone who was very difficult to get hold of it was so refreshing to have Sophie reassuring me throughout with all my questions. We had a little bad luck with finding a house and kept getting outbid ect. I went to Sophie a couple of times to ask for mortgage in principle slightly higher ect and within minutes it would be over to me. You could tell how hard working and on the ball she was with everything. When we found a house and wanted to apply Sophie talked me through everything and was extremely clear with the self employed side of what we needed. I always felt like I could pick up the phone to ask anymore questions or anything I was confused about. The whole process went so smoothly with no bumps and within 8 days of applying we had our offer through. I couldn’t recommend Sophie and the team enough and will be back in a few years when it’s time to remorgage.

From start to finish Sophie made the process of remortgaging feel seamless and stress-free. She took the time to fully understand my financial situation and explained all my options in detail, ensuring I made an informed decision. I would highly recommend Sophie to anyone looking for top-notch mortgage advice. She truly goes above and beyond!

Mike at Contractor Financial has been extremely helpful finding me an excellent rate for my re-mortgage which is saving me a lot of money on the monthly repayments. He's been supportive throughout the whole process answering my questions, offering sound advice and discussing all the options. Billie was nothing but helpful from start to finish, as a first time buyer the mortgage world is incredibly scary, and billie made sure I understood everything, she also helped me get the best value for money/lending etc.
