Great customer service. You get no nonsense straight forward talking from Jonathan and the team. Really take the stress out of a difficult process.

We used Jon Williams to get our mortgage and it was the best decision we could have made. As first time buyers, we were understandably unsure and unfamiliar with the process. Jon put our minds at ease and walked us through every step of the way. He was always on hand to talk through any questions that we had and even notified us of interest rate changes to get us the best deal possible. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience - I would recommend Jon Williams every day of the week!

I’ve used Jon for years now to help with my mortgages. He is pragmatic, straight to the point, and fun with it. He has even advised me to go with deals that didn’t give him commission in the past because it was a better deal for me. I don’t even consider comparing brokers or quotes anymore - I just go straight to Jon as trust him to get me a good deal. Highly recommend.
