The quality of the wine glasses I ordered was just what I wanted. Unfortunately, one of the glasses was broken in transit. CookServeEnjoy customer service was great. Chloe responded swiftly and I was able to choose between a refund or a replacement. The special offer of some coup champagne glasses was less successful. They are attractive but so much larger than I was expecting. I would only use them for a dessert.

I was trying to find an autumn chrysanthemum for a present so decided to phone for help. The person I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful, especially in broadening my thinking as we looked for alternatives. Have already recommended Primrose to my daughter & will tell my friends. The only down side was that when I placed my order I had to change the delivery address because of the cost of posting to the Isles of Scilly, United Kingdom! Keeping my fingers crossed that it arrives safely at the alternative.

Helpful admin, always prompt response; good cleaners

I don't need a regular cleaner so it is helpful to be able to book a one-off clean. The cleaner who came was very hard working and thorough, as well as being friendly and obviously happy in her work. The only thing I find frustrating with Helpling is the finance, you have to be really on the ball and this is more difficult when you don't use them very often.
