We use plastic jars to help prevent breakages during transit and ensure products arrive safely. The jars are food-grade and suitable for storage, even without an inner liner.

We're sorry to hear that your first pack didn't meet the standard you were expecting, particularly after your positive experience with your Christmas order. We understand how disappointing it is to find smaller pieces and more crumbs than usual.

Our pork scratchings are a natural product, so there can be some variation between batches, but we appreciate your feedback and will pass your comments on to our production team.

We hope the remaining packs are much more in line with what you've come to expect from us, and thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We're sorry to hear that you're disappointed with your experience.

To clarify, our Mystery Boxes contain a variety of products from our range, including both pork scratchings and pork crunch, which is why pork crunch may be included.

Regarding your second order, we're sorry that you received the wrong flavour. However, as explained in our previous correspondence, once a food product has been opened, we're unable to accept it back or send a replacement. This policy is in place for food safety reasons and is applied consistently to all customers.

We'd also like to reassure you that we do not resell returned food products. Returns can be made for a number of reasons, such as damage during transit, but any food product returned to us is not put back into stock or sent out to another customer.

We're sorry that we weren't able to provide the resolution you were hoping for, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way about your recent experience.

To clarify, the delivery protection option offered at checkout is completely optional. It is provided to cover orders in the unlikely event they are lost or damaged in transit, and customers are free to choose whether or not to add it.

With regard to the tip option, this is also entirely optional and is not required to complete an order. It is simply a voluntary feature at checkout and does not affect the price of the products or the service you receive.

We understand this wasn’t to your preference, and we appreciate you sharing your concerns. Your feedback has been noted and will be passed on to the relevant team.
