I found the experience to be very well organised, simple and efficient.

Purchased my funeral plan with Co-op
Purchased my funeral plan with Co-op, which was really easy to do.
My Funeral pack arrived quickly, containing all the details needed for myself and my family members.
I've previously used them for my sister's Cremation a few years ago and the lady at Camborne Co-op Funeral Care was so helpful at such a hard time.

Easy process
The process was easy once we established that the £1399 fee was for people who were deceased and the fee for pre death plans was £1800. We spoke to a co-op rep by phone who was very helpful.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Nooreza, George, and all the staff at The Co-op Funeral Service on Hertford Road. From start to finish, they were patient, professional, understanding, and exceptionally well organised.
They made the difficult and emotional experience of arranging my mother's funeral much more bearable, providing support and guidance every step of the way. Their compassion and professionalism gave our family great comfort during a very sad time.
I would highly recommend The Co-op on Hertford Road to anyone needing funeral services. A big thank you to the entire team for all your help and kindness.

Oh that young lady was brilliant she was such a help, she advised us on quite a few thing that we wasn’t sure about, but not pushy about anything

I completed my application for a direct…
I completed my application for a direct cremation over the phone. This proved to be a very quick, efficient service. 20 minutes and everything was finalised. Peace of mind now for my family

I thought it would be complicated but then it wasn't
I was buying a funeral plan for a relative and we had a slightly unusual two part format, being interred far from home. Marcia Mills explained all the options and it was very easy to arrange the first part straight away. She told me how to work with a distant Co-op Funeralcare branch when the time comes to arrange the final parts of the plan and she was able to indicate what some of the external costs might be. Also we can continue to liaise via my local branch about some of the details. I chose the Co-op because of their many years of experience and I trust them. My local branch is a 5 minute walk from my house so it is also very convenient. The office was lovely, very calm and comfortable and I had as much time as I needed to discuss options. I would certainly recommend the Co-op and will definitely engage them for the second part of the funeral plan when the time comes. Thank you Marcia.

We had Sharon at co-op winton
We had Sharon at co-op winton, Bournemouth and to say she was incredible is an understatement. She was a superhero and really helped to ensure everything was managed perfectly. Kept me updated throughout, took care of all of the little bits and ensured the funeral went smoothly. She made phone calls just to check in during the process and follow up calls as well. She was absolutely fantastic and I couldnt have managed my mums funeral without her.

Very friendly and professional
Kerry led us through the whole process and made it easy to understand. Although very professional she was also very friendly too. I wanted to use a service that had a good reputation rather than an online service. I would highly recommend the Co-op Funeral care.
