I checked out several direct funeral companies and your plan was the one that ticked all the boxes with one up front price. further to that your quick response without annoying phone calls.

Easy to speak to with no pressure to buy
Easy to speak to with no pressure put on you to buy. No call back to pressurise you into buying. Would recommend this family company to anyone.

All done over the phone no problems paperwork and e mail sent to me family just have to make a call when needed no fuss

Any interaction i had with the company have been faultless. They have answewred all my questions, laid it all out simply and saved myself £300 to boot after the other company didnt get back to me for a few days.

Arranging my funeral plan was simple and stress free. I set up a payment plan, and the paperwork arrived in good time.
I would happily recommend anyone to consider Aura.
