After a slow start all handled thoroughly & professionally, thank you.

Everyone was very helpful and made it easy for me to carry out my parents' wishes despite my misgivings. The whole experience from stepping in the door to make an appointment to discussing options and finally putting the plans in place. Thank you.

The actual online part I am reviewing. Very clear information. I have received the paperwork now and need to follow up this. Plus have been contacted a number of times by co-op legal. I need to follow that up still too.
Co-op has always had a good name.

Paid for two funerals in June 2026. Despite numerous phone calls have still not received gift cards promised by then. Co-op blame the third party company who send the girt cards but cannot contact this company as they are using Co-op headed paper with no contact details and the Co-op don't want to know, Very disappointed with this and very unprofessional of them.

Leanne, Victoria, Tracey and Staff at your Wellingborough branch my Family and I are eternally grateful to you all for taking such good care of Francis. The thoughtful touches when visiting him, gave us solace. Saying goodbye to a much loved Brother, husband, dad, papa, uncle cousin and nephew broke our hearts, but knowing he was taken such good care whilst with yourselves, made our grieving easier to prepare for our final goodbye. You exceeded all our expectations. Bringing him home on his final journey you all honoured him with such dignity. Victoria walked with such grace in the pouring rain to lead him to his final resting place. We cant thank you all enough.

Many families will be honoured, proud and less stressed to have their loved ones in your care.

Silver funeral package ordered and paid for in full at the end of June 2026. Offer included £200 of gift cards. These have still to arrive, 5 months later, despite several requests. Really poor communication and service, with nobody taking responsibility or ownership of the problem.

Purchased a Direct Cremation plan On Line.
The process was very easy to follow.
I chose the Co-op because they have been taking care of funerals for 100 years or more.

After losing my mum I appreciated the importance of a funeral plan. Seeing the care Co-op funeral care took of my mum meant there was no other choice for me. Wonderful, thoughtful, compassionate staff every visit. I would recommend to anyone.

Went to coop funeral services in Morley because it was local I was looking to get a direct cremation no bells and whistles. I met Anne Marie there and she was very professional sorted everything kept it all simple talked through the process and put me at ease. Great customer service in difficult circumstances dealt with in a kind professional manner highly recommend don’t hesitate if you need this service

Our experience of pre-arranging our funerals was excellent. Shelley talked us through everything and was most concerned that we understood everything. We would thoroughly recommend Co-op Funeralcare for peace of mind.

The member of staff was very nice and the meeting is a scripted process. Two sides to this - consistency of approach for COOP but restricted in conversation for client. Nevertheless all areas are covered appropriately and clearly. Absolutely no pressure at all with type of funeral or method of payment.

This is my 2nd experience with Co-op Funeralcare in Leighton Buzzard. Both times I found ghem helpful, patient and sympathetic. The funeral for my husband was exactly as planned and everyone was very respectful.

Made the appointment easy for myself and my daughter, explained I was a bit deaf and he spoke very slowly and clear to me.

Was very easy to fill in the form, It was one of the hardest things to do , but had to be done, for my family , the only thing is you can only put one name in to collect the ashes, I would of liked to put two names on the form
