It was amazing to arrive at the port…
It was amazing to arrive at the port and be able to rent a car so easily to explore such a beautiful island. The return process was super easy as well making it a huge success. I was very content with the whole process.

Not a great deal.
We rented 2 cars. One was good, practically new and nice. The other, a Fiat Tipo, was quite old and dirty, with a strange smell inside.
The biggest problem was the child seat, which was very dirty. We tried to change it, but they only had 3 child seats in total. The mechanism of the child seat was also not working properly, and it seems that nobody checks them.
We paid too much for what was offered

We’re glad to hear that one of the cars was practically new and in good condition. At the same time, we are sorry to learn that the second vehicle (the Fiat Tipo) did not meet your expectations regarding cleanliness and overall condition, and that the child seat was dirty and had a mechanism issue.
We take comments about cleanliness and child seat safety very seriously. Vehicle and equipment checks are an important part of our process, and we will review this case carefully with our team to make sure such situations do not happen again.
If you would like to discuss the matter further or provide additional details, please feel free to contact us directly. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Thank you for sharing your feedback.
We’re sorry to hear that the process for the cruise port pickup was not clearly explained on the website. For rentals at the Cruise Port, the contract is usually completed at our office near the airport, which means a short transfer there first. We understand this was not made clear enough in advance, and we will look into improving the information on our site.
We also apologise for the delay of more than half an hour. Waiting is never pleasant, and we regret the inconvenience this caused.
Thank you for bringing these points to our attention. If you would like to discuss the experience further, please feel free to contact us directly.
Best regards,

Easy and relaxing
We had an excellent experience, both when picking up and returning the car. The staff were precise and extremely kind, even willing to provide information beyond the scope of their usual duties. They were very honest about the price, which included full-coverage insurance. I will use them again if I return to Corfu and will certainly recommend them to my friends.

Great experience
Great experience overall! Reliable and trustworthy. They were always responsive and helpful, and everything went smoothly.
The only small downside was the 25-30€ extra charge for pickup or drop-off outside working hours. I understand the charge when someone has to come and pick you up, but in our case, for the early drop-off, we simply left the car in the parking lot and still had to pay the extra fee. Considering the overall rental cost, I found this fee a bit high.

Really friendly service
Really friendly service! Picked us up from the airport. Quickest paperwork and handover I've ever experienced hiring a car abroad. Staff were polite, friendly and knowledgeable and it's only time I've had no problems with having to purchase insurance twice when hiring a car abroad due to the first one being invalid when you get there. Would definitely recommend!
