Fantastic network for people rething the way we work

People often describe a community as life-changing — as just another nice-sounding superlative. But for me, joining the Academy truly was life-changing. It gave me the knowledge, courage and the support I needed to step onto a path where I now support organizations in shaping new ways of working.

Meet the best global community about transforming leadership and the way organizations work was a total joy and fulfilling event. I'm still buzzing with the energy those 2 days gave me.

The Global Rebel Cell Meet-up in Seville was an absolute blast! From November 21st to 22nd, I was immersed in an atmosphere of creativity, passion, and entrepreneurial spirit. The event was flawlessly organized, with every detail thoughtfully planned. The tapas-style food was delicious and provided the perfect backdrop for networking and conversations. But what truly made this meet-up special was the people. I connected with like-minded individuals, listened to inspiring speakers, and learned so much from experienced business owners sharing their real-life journeys. If you're looking to connect with a global community of rebels and change-makers, I highly recommend to join!

CR knows community and expertise should not be divorced from fun and entertaining spaces for growth. Personally, one of the most life-changing decisions has been to join their movement. You will not regret it.

ongoing process which never ends.

It is interesting to hear that Bayar, a Fortune-500 company with 100.000 employees, is moving into the direction of self-managing teams. This is the first large international that is taking this direction and it shows it can be done for large companies as well. The presenters explained their approach, the challenges they faced and their learnings. This made it a great lerning experience.
What I missed was the interaction with the audience. I do understand that with large audiences this is more difficult but now it was more a conversation between Bayar and Corporate Rebels. I had hoped that the extra half hour would give this interaction but the only option was to ask questions through the Q&A where Corporate Rebels decided which questions to ask.
Overall, it was great to hear the experiences from Bayar but the limited interaction possibilities didn't make this session great.

Joined the latest cohort of the masterclass with corporate rebels and can highly recommend this course. It is highly interactive, practical and eye opening. The course gives you deep insight into progressive organizations not only on paper but also live. Having an opportunity to interview key people from these organizations means that you can get the most out of the course and get answers to those burning questions that are relevant to you. It’s also a very social set up so that you can connect and learn with and from others, so much so that I missed the group when the course ended ☺️

Corporate Rebels is a wonderful team, they are really living the values they spread in the world. It was a real pleasure to be able to meet them. I also loved how they managed the community during the course. Though it was only 6 weeks, we could form real and lasting bonds with each other, as they used fantastic moderating methods and liberating structures during our live calls.

very valuable and structured insights in selforganizing organizations; great mentors; nice combination of self-learning (text, visus, videos), discussions in the group and with experienced people out of these organizations! I highly recommend this to everyone who thinks about changing the own organization towards selforganizing or consults other organizations on their way.

Good content delivered with a approacheble way. One doesn't feel they are teaching you something. They are discussing subjects with like minded people.
