Absolutely disgusting company. During Covid lockdowns in Melbourne I decided to treat myself and buy a Gucci handbag. Did my research and found Cosette, purchased my bag and was sent an “Authetication” with it.

I have since found out the bag is counterfeit. The company have offered to do another authentication and also told me that my current one is valid. I got an independent authentication which determined the bag was indeed counterfeit.

I sent my bag back with evidence of this. I tried contacting Cosette to no avail to track the progress of my refund. I have now received communication stating my order has been shipped, to an address in a state I no longer live, with no communication regarding my refund.

DO NOT PURCHASE A BAG FROM COSETTE. Avoid at all costs.

Beware! My YSL bag has been authenticated by a 3rd party and deemed a fake.
I cannot get a reply from Cosette and they are not answering their phones.
Avoid this site at all costs.

Like many others I purchased a YSL Lou camera bag and have since found out it was a fake.

I have reached out to the company several times via phone, email, facebook, instagram and they won't respond.

I am unsure how their website is still up and running.

Purchased a YSL Nicki bag and was provided with a certificate of authenticity. After hearing all the news reports I decided to take the bag to a YSL store. They immediately identified the bag as a fake and showed all the discrepancies.
I then immediately sent an email to Cosette and have not had a response for weeks. All I am simply asking for is a refund as I am devastated like the many others. 3 emails later and many, calls still no response!!
NSW Fair Trade have contacted me and advised they are also investigating.

Sadly I am also a victim of a super fake from Cosette. I thought that I purchased a Saint Laurent Lou Camera Bag from Cosette in July/August 2021, and due to the recent media coverage, took my bag to be authenticated over the weekend. The authenticator got back to me today advising it is indeed a counterfeit bag - shattered. I did notice a few loose threads on the bag which I thought was strange coming from a high end designer but nonetheless assumed it had to be legit given the large social media following and lack of bad reviews online at the time of purchase. I've contacted Cosette requesting a refund but am very anxious about whether I'll get it

Almost a week after I received an email confirmation they received an item I returned because it's proven FAKE by a legit authenticator, I never got further information about the refund that is expected for them to process right away. I have been in contact with NSW Fair Trading regarding my experience with them and they said they'll follow up with Cosette. My anxiety is still high because I deserve my money back. All of it. It's inconvenient enough having to go through this process but they just make it worse by not actioning sooner. Unfortunately there isn’t an option for 0 stars. Like many others I purchased a ‘luxury’ bag which upon independent authentication was deemed to be a superfake. I have returned the bag with the relevant evidence and despite being offered a refund I am being ignored, no further word about getting my money back despite following up.

This company has been an absolutely nightmare to deal with from start to finish. The customer service is terrible, they loose bags that you send back to them and after waiting and disputing for 5 months they send me a non genuine bag. Just do your research when purchasing a high-end bag.

Fake and a total scam. They can’t even keep up with their lies. Save yourself a lot of heartache and save your money to buy direct from the boutiques. The whole Cosette experience caused hundreds of people (and counting) so much stress and trauma from being sold a fake bag. Then trying to get a refund is painful. You may get it in the end after a lot of chasing via email and physically going to the store, but the experience is excruciating!

My bag has been independently authenticated by Luxury Authentication Australia who confirmed it is COUNTERFEIT. Cosette will not provide a refund despite my bag being counterfeit. They have instead said I need to send it back for them to arrange an independent authentication and if it passes there will be no further action - I fail to see how an authentication by Cosette is independent. I also don’t want to hand over the evidence I have of the bag being fake, given the number of reviews noting that Cosette have stopped responding to them once they returned the bag.

Purchased a bag. Had it independently authenticated. FAKE! Not sure how they think they can stand behind their statement of authenticity when they have been found to be fake.

I bought a YSL hobo bag and Dior cardholder and when i received them, there were some red flags that I shouldn’t have ignored. The YSL bag didn’t even have a dustbag big enough to fit the bag and the Dior logo was slanted. I accepted them in blind faith as i thought they may be “outlet” quality because of the cheaper pricing but regardless, real. I still paid extra for shipping and import tax at the customs which is additional $200+. The recent news have been so disappointing and Cosette team said they will send it back to “independent authenticator” but refused to provide me with the name. I mean, they could easily take the bags back and claim its real and not refund me.

I uploaded the bags to Vestaire and even they couldnt accept the listing because it’s so evidently fake.

They havent been replying to my emails since. And i see that they have been flagging recent reviews on trustpilot.

I bought a handbag from Cosette on 7th August 2022. After seeing the recent story on ACA concerning this company selling counterfeit handbags I undertook the expertise of the legit grails to verify the authenticity of the YSL bag I purchase. They have confirmed that the bag is a fake in writing.
The company directors, along with any staff that are aware of this widescale fraud should be put in prison!

I ordered Prada re-edition 2005 for my birthday and it was my first ever luxury bag. I'm very disappointed to receive a FAKE bag! I watched Mel in melbourne's video on youtube about cosette and was a bit relief that they're legit! But nope they send me a FAKE ONE! Saw a lot of post from instagram tagging them and on tiktok convincing people they get a legit one, but they are just promoting it and i think they send legit bags to those online influences to convince everyone that they're selling authentic luxury items! I payed customs tax and shipping fee on top of the bag price. I get a refund for the price of the bag but didn't get refund for SF and customs fee. Ending i still lost money from shipping fee and customs fee! I wish you send legit one just like your website guaranteeing authenticity then you will gain a lot of customers but instead you'll lose customers! If you are just sending legit bags I can help on recommending you to my friends so you can get more customers but no I'm never recommending your shop! Scammers!
