You are the Best Ever!

Your selection, prices and service are outstanding. I compared the product I bought from you with other suppliers and you were the best regarding price. In addition, your communication and service are top notch. Everything you did and do is Outstanding! Thank you so much for being the quality company you are. This is our 2nd purchase from you. Wow, I'm so happy with my purchase from Cosette

Wow, my first time making a purchase and I'm so impressed! Was hesitant at first because I got a great deal on a bag but from a company overseas, so wasn't sure what to expect and it it was reliable. The package shipped on time and arrived in great condition. My bag was packed so well and the presentation of the box and packaging was excellent. I love my new designer bag and will definitely return for more future purchases!

Amazingly reliable

Amazingly reliable! Thank you team! Website descriptions are thorough, items are easy to find and products are sent fast. Not to mention use of a quality delivery service. Always reliable in their service and will always come back over and over again!

Very Disappointed…

It’s my first time buying a bag from Cosette and it’s been a disappointment. Bought the Prada Re Edition Nylon Bag. First of all the bag arrived without original box packaging but in their Cosette box packaging not sure if this is standard for their website. Second, first time using it and a screw came off and because of that the lipstick pouch fell off from the bag. The screw is so small I’m not even sure if it’s always been in tact or it’s missing. How can an expensive bag be so flimsy…

I’ve contacted the Customer Service since Monday and only had one reply of them saying the internal team will review the issue. Since then, nothing. I would hope with designer goods they would have better response in reply. I just needed to know the ETA as it’s a gift ):

Called twice on the number but keeps going to a voicemail. I hope this is not fake… buyers please beware…
