The balls are designed to be small so they're easy to use on areas like the fingers and hands. They should roll smoothly when fitted correctly inside the case, so we're sorry if that hasn't been your experience. We're sorry to hear that the product didn't work as hoped for your child.

We completely understand that when you're supporting a child with eczema or itchy skin you're often willing to try anything that might bring them some relief. Unfortunately every person's skin and sensory preferences are different and whilst some customers love the cooling sensation of the Roller others find they prefer products that provide a stronger scratching sensation such as the Scratch Star or Bumpy Ball.
