We’re truly sorry to hear that the products did not provide the relief you had hoped for. We completely understand how difficult and exhausting long-term eczema on the hands and fingers can be especially when you are trying so hard to avoid scratching.

Our products are designed to offer a safer alternative to scratching with fingernails however we also recognise that eczema and itch responses are incredibly personal and unfortunately not every product will work the same for every individual.
