Ordering was very easy and quick. The panel is excellent quality and size for my needs. I find it very relaxing and prefer to use it with the serum as I mainly use it for my face and neck. Regular use of the serum and lamp means I don’t need to use expensive face moisturiser every day.

We have had the solis panel for 4 months now and both my husband and I are really feeling the benefits of encorporating it into our routine. I have found it extremely helpful for my anxiety, relaxation and sleep quality and my eczema has improved. My husband states it helps with gym recovery and even thinks his hair line has improved (I'm inclined to agree but there's a way to go to bring him back to his 20s!)

We had an issue with the switch on our first panel after about 3 weeks of use but Mae was really helpful in getting us a new panel and compensating us for the trouble. They also answer any questions super speedy!

Would definitely recommend this product to anyone considering a red light panel.

I honestly thought this was just another overhyped wellness trend… I was so wrong.
My skin looks insanely glowy now — I barely wear makeup anymore. It’s giving that “what are you doing differently?” energy.
My sleep is deeper, I wake up fresher, and I just feel more balanced overall. I’ve also personally noticed my hormones feel way more steady and regulated, which has been a huge shift for me.
As a cellist, my arms and elbows usually feel super overworked after long practice sessions — but this has become my go-to recovery ritual. 15 minutes and I feel noticeably less sore and completely reset.
It literally feels like a luxury wellness clinic… but at home.
And the customer service? Actually unreal. Fast, warm, and insanely professional.
At this point, it’s not just a device — it’s part of my life.

Priorities

I ordered just before Xmas and even though there was a delay in the order, Josh and his team kept me fully informed. The products arrived and they are very professional and very good quality. Any questions I have had have been responded to very quickly.
My skin has definitely improved with it being very soft, has helped with the fine lines and it is very relaxing at the end of the day sitting in front of the red light, so much so that my family are all fighting to have a go!
I have been telling everyone about the product and the company because I will only recommend things I think are working.

I had a rather nasty shoulder/rotor cuff injury, with a 1 cm tear in the tendon. I used my SOLIS red light panel on that shoulder, every day for a good 6 months and it healed much faster than any practitioner had predicted it would. It is still not 100% but I am nearly 79 years old and recovery like this at my age is very impressive! Thank you Solis!

Bought this just started using it can’t wait to see the results, my sister has it and I can see the benefits a looking for that smooth skin so we will see

These guys have a great quality product which is only surpassed by their customer service.
The product is well built in a solid metal case built to last. I bought a solo panel in Aug 2025 so have been trying to use it 4 times a week for 20 minutes.
I bought it for its general benefits without starting with any specific bad issues that I was suffering from so can’t report outstanding improvements in the issues lots of people use it for. I sit and meditate in front of it which I find really relaxing and hope it will help keep my aging skin in good condition.
The customer service is outstanding. My order was delayed at a port which they kept me updated on and apologised and sent me a freebie to make up for it even though it was a minor delay. They even offered to hold it till a certain day that suited me the best for delivery.
I did a lot of research before buying this and believe I made a really good choice and would be happy to recommend the product to anyone is thinking about getting one.

Can’t recommend Solis enough. It felt like a gamble as they’re not cheap, but honestly they’re worth every penny and I’m so glad I didn’t go for a budget option as you can’t beat the quality & service at Solis. Don’t bother going anywhere else!

I recently purchased a Solis x300-1 , I was directed to Solis by a friend who has had remarkable response to reducing his asthma issues with Solis red light therapy. My problems relate to soft tissue injuries , namely a pec major tendon and short head of biceps tendon tears , both of which are responding very well to just 10 minutes daily with my panel . I feel a small difference in comfort each treatment. I also am undergoing chemotherapy presently , and red light therapy is slowing the rate of hair loss and I'm sure it will reinstate my hair growth quicker after my chemo finishes . The staff at Solis are always ready to help with very specific advice , their commitment to quality products and service is a breath of fresh air . K . Nolan

I recently received my Spectrum Studio Panel 2.0. While it was shipped from China, there was clearly some rough handling by the shipping carrier, as the panel arrived with a significant dent on one of the corners.

I had some initial back and forth with Mae, the customer assistant, to address the issue. While it took about 3 weeks to finalize a resolution, things really moved forward once I got in touch with Freddie one of the owners. He was incredibly professional and worked out a fair compensation for the trouble.

As a frequent gym-goer, I’ve been using the panel for about a month now, and the impact on my muscle recovery is undeniable. These are truly top-quality products, and seeing the leadership stand behind their brand makes them highly recommendable.

Mae sourced my panel despite there being supply issues with parts.As a consequence, I received my panel pretty soon after placing the order. Mae then arranged for my separate add-on panel to be delivered soon afterwards. Mae was very helpful !

I also received a bespoke plan to help me achieve the benefits that I was looking for the panel to give me,
which was helpful.

The panel is nice and powerful and although I have only used it for a couple of months, It appears to be improving my hair, skin and overall being already. I'm really looking forward to receiving larger improvements as the months go by, with using my panel.

I really love my Solis Therapy panel! I have been using it for almost 3 months and my skin has improved drastically. I dont have any spots anymore and my skin looks healthier than ever. I also use solis therapy serum which has natural ingredients and has been very gentle to my sensitive skin.

I purchased the "Spectrum SUPREME Panel 2.0" which came with a free "SPARK 2.0 Handheld RLT Device". I must say that both items are manufactured to a high standard. The panel comes with additional fixings which facilitate hanging (and at different heights to suit). I feel like I am benefitting from the RLT already, both with my skin (later stages of TSW) and with my sleep.

Overall I have had a pleasant experience with Solis! Mae at customer service has been very helpful, responding efficiently to my email enquiries (re shipping and also a general question about the panel).

I would highly recommend Solis, superb!

Good communication..informative

I decided to buy the lamp as part of an improved skincare routine, rather than a “face mask” lamp, as I felt the Solis one would be more versatile. I haven’t been using it for long but I think I can already see subtle improvements in my skin. I recently had a bad stiff neck so I used the lamp on that area, and it definitely helped speed up the healing process. I haven’t got my act together and used it in the evenings (to help sleep) yet, but I will build it into my routine soon. It’s also really nice in the morning to put on the eye goggles, shut your eyes and sit in front of the bright light and pretend you’re on a beach somewhere! A definite feel-good factor.

Their customer service is second to none. The best company I have ever used. They keep you informed every step of the way and always go the extra mile. I would recommend this company to anybody. Avril

Had a good look at reviews and decided to try a Solis red light panel, most impressed that you could actually speak to someone on the phone instead of the usual "contact us" faceless email. Solis therapy are also helpful with their customer service, which is hard to come by these days, and they promptly sorted out a small problem with my order, all in all I can't recommend them highly enough. The panel is a great piece of kit, great for your skin, and a host of other things, which Solis advise you on, and they even given you a personalised guide for your own issues, definitely an item worth buying from a good company.
