The things that are going well? Almost everything. The only bad thing? Some lessons are so hard, even Albert Einstein had problems finishing them.

My primary concern is that tutors are often devalued the moment a student leaves, regardless of why that student exits the program.

A student may leave because they have improved, because their family can no longer afford services, because of scheduling conflicts, changing priorities, or any number of reasons unrelated to the tutor's performance. Tutors are financially docked in pay when students don't resign, even when the reason is a good reason, like the student succeeding and earning an A.

This creates an incentive structure that places retention above educational outcomes. Instead of being evaluated primarily on student growth and instructional quality, tutors can find themselves held accountable for decisions and circumstances completely outside their control, and are financially penalized for student success.

In my view, a tutoring program should measure success by student progress, not simply by how long a student remains enrolled. I suggest staying away from this company and their unrealistic, unethical system.

I had I really good experiments with Cosmo and the teachers are really nice I am even going to start doing math here.😊

Cosmo has helped my child a lot, and has improved her school grades. She is learning how to write her own stories and how to comprehend stories.

Hi I am aarav and i just love everything about this wonderful class.

My kids are enrolled in 3 classes, and all of their teachers are wonderful. They are very attentive to what the kids are doing and keep them engaged. Their sessions have proven to be very productive. Cosmo assignments have helped both kids with their classwork. Zach is very attentive to and helpful with coordinating kids' class schedules and keeping a watch on missed classes.

Cosmo is amazing. Mr. Claude is always encouraging, joyfull, and full of enthusiasm. If you wan't an improvement on your math or english, use Cosmo.

I love Cosmo for its teachers and learning program. I like how when you register in, it gives you a teacher. When I was in third grade, I used Class Up for the first time and it absolutely loved it for it helped me with English Language Arts for the California State Test. This app is totally worth it :D.

Teacher is friendly but it is not worth the amount of fees that we are paying for. We were promised refund but then its limited only for the first 30 days.
The classes after were quite a waste of time as there are not much learning to write a good composition. How do I get a refund??

I signed my child up for their 36 lesson-package ($1950) at the start of 2026. We went ahead with COSMO because the trial went well and the tutor assigned happened to fit our child's learning style. We also felt the warmth and enthusiasm coming from their consultants. After having committed to class package, we were assigned a different consultant to follow-up on any "issues" or "help needed". Following the 1st trial, we had countless moments where technical issues surfaced and perhaps due to time difference, the team is unable to respond promptly. Some issues are, the tutor would be doing a practice work with his slide, but we cannot view it, or it is very laggy. This connection issue we face only happens with COSMO app/classes.

Currently, we are only able to attend the classes on the ipad, but often with glitches. My child can only do the homework on my iphone when it is running on my Data plan but not my WI-FI. On the APP, it is advised that using a laptop allows a better experience. However, we are unable to even access the login page online. I would like to know if other parents/students from Singapore experience connection issues with this APP like we do. If this is a common problem, then perhaps the Cosmo team should investigate and rectify it before marketing to our region. If this is an isolated issue, I would appreciate more active response and follow-ups to assist us. At the moment, our experience is good with the assigned tutor, but the frustration kicks in when we do not get the prescriptive solutions when facing technical or connection issues. In short, this makes the learning and product experience feel short-changed.

If the product is available internationally, it is fitting to provide a hotline or troubleshoot consultant that is from the same region/timezone for better customer experience.

I have a great teacher who clearly explains what is the topic, explains it in a clear format and, and is very engaging and kind.

The teachers are nice and understanding. They have specialized courses and let you take your time. My experience is great, and anyone looking for tutoring should enroll here.

It was very helpful for me to learn English with weekly lessons.

First, of all my teachers are the best teachers!!!!!
Secondly, my classes are fun and easy to learn sometimes when I don't know I ask them what they mean.
Lastly, I think anyone who wants to learn should use Cosmo to understand more and they help with your homework (which helps my grade a lot!!)
