I am so happy with my new garden table and chairs. the customer service was excellent and the delivery was prompt. Really good quality. Gorgeous wood. Well made table. Comfortable chairs. Two man delivery service, carried out into our garden and they even took all the packaging away. Bring on spring!

I just bought a teak bench from them and I wish I had Read these reviews first. The finish is abysmal. Scuffs and machine marks everywhere. Pen marks. Edges of the slats some rounded off others not.

On the two arms the machine sanding has been done with coarse grade paper and left at that, you cannot make out the grain as is is covered in embedded residue from sanding.

I would be embarrassed to own a company and send out expensive items with no attention to quality control.

Ordered a table on 14th June. There followed numerous "it might be on the next shipment. . ." email conversations (all instigated by me). On 25th August, I finally received an email saying it had arrived - in the country, that is. It was now going to take the delivery company 10-15 days to get in touch and then another 14 days to deliver it! It seems that it was going to take as long to get it to me as it took to ship it half way around the world. When I asked a member of Cotswold staff when will it be delivered, I was told "I don't do deliveries". Enough! I have cancelled the order.

Bought 1 table, 8 chairs and 8 cushions. 3 chairs were broken on delivery. They were collected and transported securely, they were completely wrapped and tied together so it was not possible to inspect them completely when collected. Cotswold Teak has refused any refund. We are returning our entire order as the products are not good quality at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, inferior quality products and a waste of money. Be warned!

Terrible product and terrible aftercare service. Buy at your peril. Table has developed cracks in all 4 legs. 8 out of 8 chairs have structural cracks, some of them dangerous and company refuses to replace or offer refund. We understand teak develops grain openings but these are cracks. They originally offered a replacement for table and one chair and when I pointed out that we'd end up with mismatching furniture they withdrew their offer. Be warned and choose a company with better product and one prepared to stand by it.

The product was great and as advertised but it took a long time to be delivered (a couple of months). In theory this would have been fine but I was given no updates from the company despite contacting them several times by email and through their website. In the end I assumed that the order wouldn't be delivered at all. It wasn't until I called the company, managed to speak to someone and advised I was cancelling the order that they dispatched the item. I would cautiously recommend using this company on the basis of the quality product I received, but not if you require prompt delivery and you do need to be persistent in chasing for updates. Also, no invoice or receipt was included with my item so if I had had issues with the product, I have a feeling I would have struggled to return it.

Really disappointed. I ordered a oval table and 6 chairs. I was told in May they would be in stock mid July. I called up today (29th July) and they said that the tables were not in the container (why don’t they know what’s in their own container?) and now would not be here until NOVEMBER! To be fair they have offered a full refund or £100 discount and were polite and apologetic on the phone. Just sad we won’t be getting our table for summer.

I bought two steamer chairs and the quality has been poor. They are held together with cheap brass-coloured bolts that shear off very easily. I have requested replacements a couple of times but am still waiting. I've had to repair them myself a couple of times now. I do not recommend.

Very poor - they never respond to emails or answer the telephone either landline or mobiles. They never respond to voicemail messages either. We have broken furniture and they avoid responsibility

We ordered the Avon 3m Chunky Table + 10 Tingewick Chairs

As well as wanting this fabulous set for the garden in the summer, we decided to order it in December and use it inside for Christmas Dinner to seat all of our guests. The guys were absolutely amazing trying everywhich way to get the table in the house, including taking the dining room door off! And made sure that we could easily disassemble it after Christmas to put it in the garden. And they moved our existing table into the garage! They excelled in ensuring we could all have Christmas dinner together, and with a smile :) Incredible, can do, customer service.

The table and chairs are beautiful! Fabulous quality, a delight to sit at, my husband wants to keep it in the house permanently!!

Bought 2 steamers. 1 broke after 2 or 3 uses. Replacement sent but broken in transit. Fair play they delivered the next one. A main bolt in that sheared after 2 weeks. Replacement bolts sent. Cant help feeling I am just waiting for the next drama! I have doubts re construction and how long they will last.

This company is excellent. I ordered 8 outside seat cushions, 2 banana bench cushions and a steamer cushion. The fabric is lovely much softer than my original ones. Communication with Andy was first class as I wanted to check the width of the banana bench cushion. It all fits perfectly. The colour is a lovely mid blue and looks very stylish. In fact I have just ordered another steamer cushion. The whole order came very quickly and was very well packaged.

It can be challenging when you order items over the web ahead of viewing the product. What I can say, is the quality and delivery were exceptional. Best quality teak furniture I have ever seen and at a very competitive price. The delivery team were fantastic; arrived on time and assembled quickly without fuss.

Avoid avoid avoid rip off company. They charge £35 for delivery even though their website says free delivery. When I returned furniture they charged me a further £200 (which is hidden nicely in their T&Cs!). They wont refund back onto your card as their T&Cs say they will but instead post a cheque in 2nd hand post weeks later. Their T&Cs state cost of delivery is refunded for returns which they don't do. I have been charged £235 for furniture that was unacceptable. They also complained that we returned the furniture which was poor quality saying what an inconvenience it was to them and it costs them! Use other proper companies that offer free returns which should be expected for expensive items of furniture you see for the first time on delivery.
