this is one of the kickstarter projects i have backed and honestly i love it. i normally use kickstarter for gifts and this one was definetely a hit. i really recommend it!!!!

I just bought the Couch Console and man, it's amazing! In my case, it arrived in three days in Europe. I love that I can take my setup with me between my living room and bedroom! And those cup holders are a real lifesaver! The sleek black design fits perfectly with my setup.
Ordered December 2022, Rec'd 1 of 3 Items Purchased
I purchased 3 consoles and received 1 of the consoles on January 5th, 2023. As you will see from the communication, they have never shipped the final 2 items, sent a false tracking link, and confirmed they processed my refund but they did not. I disputed with my credit card company and they sent a receipt with the first tracking number claiming it was fully delivered. The company seems to have some questionable practices since its Kickstarter days. In hopes they probably thought I would sweep this under the rug, they forgot about two major things with the communication and tracking number that prove they are in the wrong. I can't list it here since it will be under investigation as I'm taking the next steps to get my money back.

Hi i had many issues with ordering the product. I got refund and they send me one for free. The design is cool, but the materials are a bit cheap and they really need modify usb-c charger design. I would have pay half the price for it. This is an honest review.

I ordered three consoles in November 2022...they were gifts for Christmas....only 1 arrived....I paid for three pieces and they only delivered 1...I wrote several emails but they take time and they did not deliver what was due. I believe that the company has gone bankrupt and therefore they are trying to deceive to save their balance sheet: be wary and don't buy anything.
Definitely worth the waiting
The delivery was bit delayed (about 5 days late), but it’s worldwide delivery, sooo… let’s say it’s worth the waiting, because the console is suuuper nice! I love the materials it’s made of. You can see it’s a premium product at first glance. The textures are perfect. Not too glossy, not too matte. I simply love it!
Poor customer service. I bought 2 of these as Christmas…
I bought 2 of these as Christmas presents on the 26th November. 1 was delivered beginning of December but not the 2nd one. Numerous emails to their customer service department, most of which they didn't answer, left me infuriated at how poor the after sales service is. Eventually, after no joy about when I could expect the missing item I was told there was no guarantee I would get it before Christmas. So I got a refund for 1 and ended up with just 1!!!
Although the console seems good, I do not recommend this company due to its poor customer service and inability to keep customers updated with issues that arise.

Après avoir attendu 2 ans notre commandes, nous les avons contacter pour l'annuler et obtenir un remboursement. Ils nous ont répondu qu'ils allaient traiter le remboursement. 1 semaine plus tard, nous recevions notre commande dont nous ne voulions plus. Nous les avons donc contacté pour qu'ils reprennent le colis et obtenir notre remboursement. Nous avions le choix entre payer des frais de port vers l'étranger ou avoir le remboursement de la moitié de la commande. Ce qui est déjà honteux car nous ne voulions plus la recevoir. Nous avons choisis la seconde option. Cela fait 6 mois que nous attendons le remboursement de la moitié de notre commande. Malgré les relances, nous n'avons jamais de réponse.
Bref, je ne recommande pas du tout, ce ne sont que des voleurs qui n'assument pas leur incompétence.
Je suis disposée à modifier mon avis s'ils acceptent de nous rembourser.
