Excellent. Abu-bakr was a very patient person with polite manners who me helped to understand the course and the training clearly. He also helped me to apply to a payment plan to be able to partake in this, i was a little nervous but its something that will make me more comfortable with.

I signed up to Course2Career’s cyber security programme while working full time, so I wasn’t sure how I’d manage it, but it ended up being one of the best decisions I’ve made.

I studied part-time over six months, mainly evenings and weekends. The course was easy to follow and really well structured. Whenever I needed help, the support team were actually there and gave proper guidance, not just copy-paste answers.

I passed the SC-900, Security+, and CySA+ first time, which I never thought I’d be able to say. The practice exams and walkthroughs helped a lot, and I felt genuinely prepared when I walked into each test.

Two months after finishing, I got offered a job in cyber security through one of the job boards they recommended. It wasn’t just the training that helped — it was the advice around interviews and CVs too.

I had a deeply disappointing and unprofessional experience with this company. Despite confirming my availability for scheduled calls, I was left waiting without notice or updates, which caused significant disruption to my day. Communication throughout the process lacked basic professionalism and courtesy.

When I attempted to raise my concerns, I was met with a hostile and inappropriate response from the company director, who sent me an email containing personal attacks and unfounded accusations—without first taking the time to understand the issue I was raising.

I have documented the correspondence and will be submitting a formal complaint to the relevant authorities. I am also considering further action through the appropriate legal channels. This review may be updated accordingly as the situation develops.

This is an organisation I would advise to be careful of. I did not find their customer service up to mark especially how my complaint and data was handled. Their customer service advisor came across as aggressive and unprofessional. I wrote a complaint and my complaint was not met with respect and humility. I felt my personal data was misused and I did not receive a satisfactory response regarding that either, leading me to escalate the enquiry. To me, their customer service came across as defensive, manipulative and untrustworthy,
