It's a trap. When they sell their courses. They never mention about the hidden conditions. When they try to sell their product, that time they are very polite. When I tried to discuss about some issues, that time they was very rude, and they threat me.

My partner was interested in studying a Cyber Security course. We found Course2Career and our account manager Abu was incredibly helpful in explaining the course to us and what it entails. He helped us to find the right pricing for it and my partner is now able to study the modules. Abu was very patient when it came to my questions about the course and changes in the payment plan.

I wanted to share my experience with Course2Career, which unfortunately has not been a positive one. If you’re considering signing up with them, I strongly advise you to be 100% certain about committing to the course before proceeding. I was unsure (about 50/50) when I joined and now regret it, especially as I’m currently going through a rough time.
Prior to purchasing the course, I was told that utilizing the course would mean I couldn’t cancel. I assumed this meant actually engaging with or using the course material. However, I later learned that simply logging in is considered "utilizing" the course, and as a result, my consumer cancellation rights were forfeited. This was not something I was fully aware of at the time, as I didn’t completely read the email they sent me with the login details. I assumed it was just standard login instructions and didn’t realize the importance of reading it all the way through.
Even though I have not utilized the course at all, they refuse to cancel. They mentioned that this was stated in the terms of service, but I personally had not seen it. I could be wrong, but I don’t recall this being made very clear. They might argue that I was made aware of this numerous times, but in my case, it was only mentioned once in an email that I didn’t read thoroughly—something I now realize was a mistake on my part.
For all, of course, it may have been stupid of me not to read thoroughly, and I take full responsibility for that. However, this is a mistake anyone could make, especially younger people, and that is the reason why I strongly disagree with this policy. They do not give you a way out—whether or not you do the course, you must pay the full amount.
This was my first time buying a course, and given this experience, it will probably be my last. I’ve asked if they could cancel it out of good faith since I made an honest mistake, but they’ve refused.
I wouldn’t say it’s a scam, but it does come across as a scummy business model (mind my language). It seems more focused on making money than supporting the wellbeing of their clients. In my opinion, this approach feels a bit inhumane.
