I applied for the Cyber security course only yesterday.
Amelia called me today and I have bombarded her with emails.

Amelia has been absolutely amazing with her communication and support and I am now enrolled.

Abu-Bakr really helped explain the entire process and broke down the whole course with what it offers. Even helped explain it to my mum. He was a huge help and I'm excited to start.

I started studying the project management programme at the start of the year.

My experience has had its ups and downs due to struggling at the start to grasp the concepts of project management but my tutor Lak really helped me and guided me through the process.

I can now say I am PRINCE2 certified at practitioner level and have just started off in a project admin role.

Also a massive thanks to Aaron who really helped me when I had some issues with keeping up to date with my payment plan.

Amelia is very helpful. She explained the process really clearly and is continually reassuring. Amelia makes me feel at ease and is very responsive. The reason I signed up was partly because of her assistance. Having that 1-2-1 support is essential for career progression.

It was a very poor learning experience with this company, they promise you lots of learning style like scheduled live sessions but that was never the case, you study on your own through out the programme, no follow up or push or support from them to know what your struggles are or where you are with your programme. My programme was in two part IT Technician and Cyber Security, so they asked me to complete the first part of my programme which had no certifications attached to it then, after I completed this, one of the consultants called me and assessed my knowledge and confirmed that I am now job ready to go forward into applying for IT Technician role. My Job search experience was very poor, they asked me to complete another assessment from a partner company which I did and the partner company called me back and confirmed that I passed the test and that I don’t need any further training, and that they will put me further in roles if something comes up, this is now over 6 months. The partner company never complained that I delayed in submitting my assessment or anything like that, they assured me that I passed the test excellently and will get back to me for a job, Also, the company continued spamming my email with lots of link from jobs site pretending they are helping me look for a job, of which many of the links contained fake job ads, expired links, and corrupted link that take you to a different website. This kept on happening until I decided to stop replying them and clicking any of those links. Again I always tried calling the owner so that we could have a chat over the phone about the struggles with my experience in the program and personal issues that I face but never picked my calls. I also remember sending an email to one of the recruitment advisor about my experience and struggle and she promised to get to the root of it, talk to the owner about and find a way to make me satisfied but the owner still never got back to me. Even till date, all I need is sincere chat with the owner but he seems defensive and unapproachable.

Abu-Bakr Mizra was very helpful and understanding when contacting me about the course and fees and well as being very informative and friendly on the phone.

I have recently been promoted into a new role and I am so happy. I have Abu to thank for this. I remember when I enrolled for the Cyber Security Training Programme, I was really nervous and didn’t think I could do it. Abu helped me enrol and talked me through the whole process. That was the start of my journey and I’ve never looked back!!! Thanks Abu for all your help.
